I honestly thought i was going to need an operation, but this belt offers instant relief. No numbness or pain from the lower back down the leg, no pain when bending, even with the belt off. Sleeping is an absolute dream. For the first time in 15 years, i had a pain free sleep. I even woke up feeling more refreshed, as i was always tossing and turning due to pain and discomfort.
