Only a 4 star as some of the replies took a couple days. Otherwise they sent me a replacement belt as the Velcro on the one I purchased had failed. And the customer service people were friendly. Now reading some of these reviews the common thread is poor customer service and the Velcro failing on the belt which is what happened to me however I got a replacement belt as above, but now I feel it’s just going to fail again. Well I’ll be writing you for another one then!! Need to fix that issue asap

Great that a quick response was initiated upon learning that no confirmation or tracking was shared to me as a customer. I had no idea if this company was legit when i placed my order because no response whatsoever until inquiry was established. I received the item after 2 weeks!!

The message is spot on. The product performs. The business operations are working with easy payment and fast delivery (to Greece!). The materials are a little lightweight for heavier people I feel. The ads should represent heavy-set people for more believability. It is a subtle adjustment product and not for weight lifting however it should withstand changing weight events. I am moving more today than before the product and I can see changes in my belly from activity.

Took 2+ weeks to get it from China. Have used it for a couple of days. Too early to pass judgement on its effectiveness

The belt helped tremendously, however it takes too long to get it.In my case that was about 3 weeks, which is an eternity when you're waiting on something that you hope will help. Hopefully the company will make an effort to cut down on the delivery time.

All I can say is that the belt is a real saviour...love it….and worth every dollar....
