I bought my dainly belt shortly before Christmas as I had been suffering from chronic low back pain for around a year. Even though I still have my back pain, the belt has helped me greatly too. It gives me the support that I need to be able to do things that I otherwise coukdnt do. Only problem that I have is, the Velcro part is now losing the ability to attach and the belt keeps falling off. Only for this, I'd be buying a second belt too.

I called this a magic belt. I suffered with sciatic problem for a more than 10 years due to accident I had, I went for massage, acupuncture it does helped but it reoccur over and over. I have this belt for over a month now It relieved my pain and numbness right away in a first day. Now I used it every day just to warm my lumbar but when my lumbar hurt thats where I tighten it. The only thing I didn't rate 5 stars because of the corner velcro when it rub to my skin its irritates my skin but when you put over your shirt no problem. But for me I like to touches into my skin because of the warmth of the material. P.s thank you company for the response looking forward for the new design of the corner velcro😄. I'm going to buy another one, a large size one for the gift of my aunt she can't barely walk and hopefully this is the best ever gift she can have❤️ Thank you company for making this to help ease the pain of many people.

Good back belt & good customer service. Instantly felt relief after wearing the belt but unfortunately after a few months the velcro was no longer usable. I messaged Dainely via Facebook and they offered me a partial refund which I was happy with. They also offered me a 20% discount code off a future purchase which was great. Would have been a 5 star review but unfortunately the belt didn’t last me as long as I would have liked although I still may consider buying another in the future.

I ordered one belt and it was broken after just putting on my hip for the first day. Then i sent a message to support and i received not long after a new and good quality belt. It can always happen that an article is not that good quality, important is how the company reacts to it and they did very well and quick. Happy for the service and happy with the new belt, which takes away my crazy pain.

*********************************UPDATE*********************** I wanted to leave another review in regards to my recent experience for Dainely. After numerous emails and delays in responses from the customer service representative, the company did the right thing and credited my account for a full refund. I appreciate the refund. In my opinion, customer service reps need to be more tentative to customers request and reply in a timely manner. It shouldn't take almost 3 weeks to satisfy this request. Thank you.

It's almost a week since I started using the Dainley Belt. I must say it's magical. On the very first night of using the belt, I couldn't believe I slept through the night with no burning sensation around my pelvic area. I woke up feeling much better and continued to wear the belt all through the day. I couldn't believe I sat through an entire shift at work with minimal discomfort. I could not sit for even an hour without the burning and pain around my pelvic area. I go about my daily business with less discomfort now. I can't stop talking about this "magical belt." I wish I could get one for my neck and shoulders.
