Dainely belt doesn’t help at all to my sciatica pain. I was thinking it’s American company but it just scam from China. Stay away from them.

If I could give zero I would… I purchased one of their belts and two weeks later I’m still waiting… they’ve taken the money but not sent me the product. I’ve tried texting, I’ve emailed them and tried the phone number but I cannot get a reply. I’m considering suing them for taking money under false pretence

Do not buy from this company. First of all the item came from China and now they money back guarantee can’t get them to answer tried sending email it comes back undeliverable sent messages on the website no response and tried the phone number it doesn’t work. Then I read that they won’t pay for return and if it doesn’t get to them they won’t refund

I purchased a belt for my back 18/07/24 It did not help at all .I used their contact mail telling them... I also asked how to return belt. and claim refund under the guarantee .....a phone call and three e- mails... still no acknowledgement Their e-mail addresses ( 2) do not seem to work My confirmation order number was181990 ....I will try another e- mail or phone call today...... .Dainley have now contacted me by e-mail. 09/08/24. They offer me a 50% refund and tell me Iam welcome to keep the Belt. This offer is contingent to the deletion of my review on Trustpilot. They then inform me about returning the item ......I bear all expenses for postage,packing, labels etc .Though the item in question could have been worn for up to 60 days, it has to be returned in pristine condition in original packing As I have said elsewhere Iam 83 years old House bound and do not enjoy good health....this was supposed to be a hassle free purchase with an "Ironclad 60 day money back guarantee"Iam now left out of pocket with a" belt" which is of no earthly use to me.

Do not buy this product. It did not help me and even tho it has a 60 day return policy you can not reach Daimler via phone or email. The phone number hangs up as soon as you connect and they don’t respond to emails

Dainely business has failed to reply. I've sent them messages via their website. One, there number doesn't work, nor does their email! I am asking for a refund, and all I hear is crickets. Their business is a complete scam! Do not waste your time, or money! Here is my Order #180853 confirmed & Trustpilot is also stating that you’re misusing there site & misleading customers. Your website should be able to contact your customers, but you use faulty phone numbers & useless message center on your website. Your business takes advantage of people in pain. You should be ashamed! In addition, they only contacted me after my one star review, offering me 50% and then later offered me 80%, but only after deleting my review, so ask yourself, if they advertise 100% money back guarantee why are they not standing by their product. They rely on "one time purchases" and don't refund when the product isn't working for one!

Worse didn’t help me at all instead it my back pain more. Don’t recommend
