I ordered a support belt on the 14 February 2023 and never received. But your excellent customer support team (Leo , Celeste, Emma) is helping me out.

Ordered 2 belts on 15 March, realised I made a mistake with my email address and I have been sending emails to Dainely since to inform them but emails get returned, "address can not be found". Parcel tracking shows the parcel is in my country but nothing is happening and I have no idea who the courier is. I have also tried to contact them through their website and instagram...no luck. I am hoping this will work to get a response. Update: Located the parcel at the local postoffice, what a mission to prove its mine without the local tracking number....but finally have the product and very happy with the belts.

I got my belt a few months ago and it works, i do have a problem with the velcro not holding i have to readjust the belt a few times. I believe the velcroon the one side is not long enough to stay holding. has anyone else had this problem. My belt is not that old and when I received the belt there was no monogram on it i did say this and someone said that the belts were ship without the logos, so im not sure if its a true Dainely belt

I have placed an order for the belt, payment taken and confirmation email received. No delivery received, no tracking and no communication since. Rather frustrating, would really like to receive the item that you very quickly took payment for ! Please revert !!!

Correspondence needs to be improved. I ordered the belt on the 3rd February and heard nothing for 3 weeks. I couldn't use the tracking app as it was blocked by my IT system due to it's location (China). I eventually managed to find out that the item had arrived in the UK but was sitting at my local Yodel distribution centre waiting for me to collect it. It was only delivered (on the 3rd March) after I contacted the centre and complained. There was no communication from Dainley whatsoever.

The only way I was able to get a refund from this company was by writing a review that they did not like. A manager then agreed to refund my money if I removed my poor review of them. I told them as soon as I saw my refund in my bank account that I would. Since I do not want anyone to get the same treatment that I did, I am leaving this review and removing the original review as I had promised the manager I would. I'm sure a manager will respond to this review, however, I upgraded it to three stars for getting a refund. A refund that I should have received to begin with according to their website.

yes i can confirm. I ordered from Facebook, mug lol. now i have closed FB. It does come from China, (so get one from Ali) took ages to come, a few months. I was about to put a claim in a the bank. So be patient! I got no instructions whats so ever, so looked at photos I found online. I CAN NOT SAY IT WORKS MIRACLES. I wear it nearly all day, with no instructions on how long or where to position the belt "SAYS ON GOOGLE ""no proof that belts of any type work. All the reviews must be fake on FB like the rest of things sell on it. Scam artists central
