Item took too long to arrive
Item took too long to arrive, refuse to track by cell phone and after several attempts got an email response notifying me the item was at my door. Found in the mailbox. First time use, the two stretch bands was rolling up. Will use periodically to apply pressure around the waistline.

Ignored my email re a return
Bought two as unsure of the size required. Not sure whether it's doing anything but I did email Dainely to say I wished to return the other (the ad said easy returns available) and they haven't bothered to reply. I would avoid.
