Scam scam purchased this belt comes from China site says my address is wrong and it's not they use some crappy delivery service in u.s. there address comes back to a furniture store in Queens. Emailed company only get bull crap massages

Massive con. Everything started on their adverts is a lie. It's just the same as every other belt out there just with a ridiculous price and promise that it will help within hours of wearing. I've tried to request a refund SEVEN times now. Whether through the main site or the customer email. And nobody has got back to me (and before Dainely respond, yes I've checked my junk/spam). My advice to anyone who is in pain and desperate for back pain relief. Don't buy this product otherwise you're pain will just be stretched further to your pocket and frustrations. Edited- as I can't reply to Daileys response. Firstly, how can you check if my order doesn't exist when you don't have my details? And also, I emailed that address (again) with no reply.

This seems to be a scam, I ordered and paid for a belt on 26th February. Despite emails trying to track my delivery i still get no response.

I ordered already on the 27 FEB'23 - and I am still waiting for my belt. if I trace it, it shows that it is out for delivery, but that is already since Mar'23. I needed this belt for my husband urgently - I am sending emails, and all they replying, is that they see me opening their emails, but they can't get back to me, regarding when the belt gets delivered. Our offices are moving within the next 2 days, and nobody gets back to me. I am on leave next week, so if they then going to phone to deliver, who will they leave it at? it is the last time, that I will ever order something from Dainely.

I am not satisfied with the belt. I tried to return it but couldn't get the instructions to do so. No contacts service number and and email that re bounces back every time you try to send a message

Horrible customer service. They are basically cheats when it comes to returning an item. They are falsely advertising, hiding information on their site. Only get to find out when you contact them for returns. They basically are not keen on you returning an item and hence convince you to keep it with partial refund. And if you reject this option then they don’t respond to your mails for days. I have been after them to return an item from 28/2/23 and till now it hasn’t been resolved. The item needs to be shipped to the US, and you have to pay for shipping. They don’t disclose this on their policy at all. Even if you agree to ship to the US they won’t provide you with the shipping address. So you’re stuck with the item. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY I have sent them so many emails and no replies at all. Update: The very next day after this review, I was contacted and offered full refund and told to keep the item. However in return was requested to take this review down. I won’t be doing this as my review is the truth. I wasn’t getting replies from them until I posted this review. If you’re so worried about reviews please ensure you maintain good customer service to prevent such reviews. Thank you for the full refund though.
