We also provided you with our Return Address so you can return the belt back, but did not get any response with the Return tracking number. Hello Mike, We are so sorry for the experience. I got the chance to investigate what happened to your order. We sent you an email (the one you provided) requesting for your phone number. Your courier is asking for this information for a successful delivery. Unfortunately, we did not get any response from you until now. Hence, we cannot proceed with the order as there will be a big chance it will be returned back to us for missing information.
