We haven’t noticed a bunch of changes in our dogs(2) teeth yet. They don’t seem to mind the powder mixed with food. It’s been 3 months and are continuing to follow the protocol. My orders have been delivered in time and exactly as expected.

This is a great supplement and support for my Jack Russell who poor guy was having dental issues and unfortunately stinky breath. Since using Dogbiotcs his issues have reduced dramatically. I will admit it took it awhile to show improvement. But we stuck with it and after several weeks we noticed his mouth wasn't as tender and breath much improved! We're on our second jar and looking forward to even better days!

Unfortunately it did not work for my chihuahua. I received an email saying they were sending a second shipment, which I did not order, so I called and was told my account is on "autoship" which I did not want. I asked them not to ship. I was told they HAVE to ship it. I said ok, well when I get it I'll just return it. She said fine. I received it, emailed them a few times about returning. They finally responded and told me to keep it for a 50% refund or send it back and they'd charge a 35% restocking fee! I told them this should be mentioned when a customer is purchasing it. Instead they advertise "full refund" if not satisfied. Very deceptive!!! So I told her to give me the 50% refund and I would write a bad review, to which she gleefully said Ok! They could not care less about the customer's experience.

They cortesy with company is top notch. Love the product dental powder Work very good. Easy to deal with 👍

Never got advance notice that product was shipping. Was not aware once you order its on automatic but company adjusted the problem. Just read the fine print.
