The main thing that went wrong is I have 2 bottles of this powder and my dog won't touch it and I need to return it for a full refund because i specifically said, DO NOT automatically send me more until I know for sure my dog will like it, which she does not. I cannot afford to keep paying especially for something my dog won't eat. Now I am trying to get in touch with someone as to how to return two brand new jars and where to return it for a full refund.
