Your policies... There was an auto ship that I did NOT order or want and your CSR via email, refused to allow me to return it once it arrived and credit my payment financial institution! I WILL Never Order Squat again from your company! Period! & I will be sure to tell others when the ads pop up on FB!

I NEEDED TO MAKE A RETURN AND I CALLED 707-492-5723 MULTIPLE TIMES AT DIFFERENT TIMES OF DAY AND NEVER GOT A HUMAN. JUST A RECORDING THAT SAID I SHOULD EMAIL (WHICH I DID MULTPLE TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE). VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL REACH OUT TO MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE NEXT.

Unfortunately it did not work for my chihuahua. I received an email saying they were sending a second shipment, which I did not order, so I called and was told my account is on "autoship" which I did not want. I asked them not to ship. I was told they HAVE to ship it. I said ok, well when I get it I'll just return it. She said fine. I received it, emailed them a few times about returning. They finally responded and told me to keep it for a 50% refund or send it back and they'd charge a 35% restocking fee! I told them this should be mentioned when a customer is purchasing it. Instead they advertise "full refund" if not satisfied. Very deceptive!!! So I told her to give me the 50% refund and I would write a bad review, to which she gleefully said Ok! They could not care less about the customer's experience.

I used the product as directed and it did absolutely nothing. I requested a full refund (that is the guarantee) and within the correct time frame and have not heard a word or received a refund after repeated requests. A total scam.

My dog won't touch it, she can't smell it. She doesn't like it. I put it on farmer's dog thinking. She'd eat it. 'cause she loves farmer's dog but no chance in hell she doesn't want it. I gave it to a friend of mine for their dog thinking it would help. Yeah, their dogs won't touch it either. So I don't know what's in it, but I honestly believe whatever it is, the dogs don't like it. I think it's about making money. I think all of this is about making money and it does no good for anybody, they just say, oh, well, it's going to help your dog and you believe you're doing what's in the best interest of your dog bar better.I spend the money and have the dog.\nGo to a dentist and actually have work done on her teeth instead of using this garbage that doesn't work

I didn't subscribe for a second order and another order was sent and not authorized by myself. It was charged to my credit card. I've reached out to my credit card company to stop the billing and I am returning the 2nd order and will not order from this business again due to this error.

After using a whole jar almost empty, there was no improvement in her teeth or breath I would like a refund,and please do not send anymore Thank you. Catherine Errington

Beware! This company has created a "loophole" in their so-called full refund policy. If you try to return for the valid reason they list within the period of time they allow, they will state that you did not use the product long enough so you do not qualify, therefore, there is no such thing as a full refund.
