D'Addario & Company, Inc.Reviews of daddario.com

Very helpful when I misplaced points from another email address that I forgot I'd used previously Also love their x series coated strings!

Had an issue with some wear and tear after heavy use of their accessory bag and was asking if it was possible to purchase the inserts for it. Not only did they respond very quickly, but they took care of me with the best customer service I've experience in a long time. Big shout out to Hailey for amazing customer service.

Fast and efficient help. Hailey answered my query perfectly.

Hailey from D'Addario responded to my email quickly and was able to help resolve my issue of missing Player's Circle points. Great customer service, very easily resolved.

The communication was perfect. They caught the issue that I was going to have with the graphic and reached out. They could have just made the product and sent it out But they didn't. Superb customer service and great products
