Excellent service and information.
Restoring a very old Banjo Mandolin with rusty strings and a split skin, I contacted D'Addario for help with stringing. George the Consumer Support Specialist, was exceptionally helpful asking several questions over several emails to determine the string tension required for the instrument. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience.

Hooray for George!
Having arthritis in my left thumb, I now have to use a very light non-standard string set. I was lucky enough to have George as my guide in getting the right set. He's very competent, dedicated and was incredibly patient in getting just what I needed. Not many companies have such a professional service department these days, and I very much appreciated my experience. Good job there, George, good man!!!
