All their products are high quality, afforabilr, and are well designed for their intended use. Secondly - Customer Service is Excellent Thirdly - D'Addario offers wide range of products intended to solve ongoing challenges for serious guitarists. I use D'Addario Evans drum heads and have always had high quality, excellent drum heads that perform and hold up great. Also, their customer service has been great. Recently, I ordered a custom bass drum head with a graphic, and then I realized I may have used a low resolution graphic. Customer service promptly canceled the order for me so I could re-order the head with a higher resolution graphic. Great service!
