After a small problem with a defective Low E string, the company came through like I was hoping. They are absolutely the best at customer service. Thanks to George, a real asset to the D'Addario Company.

Best customer service, best strings and accessories. Whenever I have a question or problem, it gets resolved. I had a rare instance of a weird string, very, very rare and not only did they replace it, they replaced the entire pack, and fast. Thanks for all you do. I will never switch from my XLs. 🍻

I had a problem with some strings that I had bought, which was very unusual as I have been using these strings for over 30 years with only the odd high E string breaking, which is to be expected, so I got in touch through the website and my email was answered by a gentleman called George, he asked a few questions and said he would look into it for me, within a day he got in touch saying that the problem would be resolved and I would be receiving some new strings as compensation, this was highly unexpected but very gratefully received, I can't speak highly enough for George or D'Addario as a caring company, a rarety these days

These guys are GREAT! Customer service and communication SECOND TO NONE, not to mention superior products. THE ONLY STRINGS I WILL PUT ON MY INSTRUMENTS! Why can't all companies be this customer satisfaction oriented! KUDOS!

As a gigging musician, I use a lot of D'Addario strings. My experience with their strings has been flawless, until one defective string a few days ago. I reached out to the company on the weekend, and George got back to me today (Monday) saying they would take care of it. Couldn't ask for better service. BTW, if you're not a Players Circle member, give it a try. Points add up fast!

I'm a drummer and of course they are basically a necessity in the drums world. The drum heads, sticks, and accessories are top of the line in the drum world and are as good as it gets. But I wanted to rant on their customer service though! They are ridiculously good. I had a small issue and I emailed them to try and handle it and they reached out very quickly and went above and beyond to handle my issue and I was thoroughly impressed with them. (Even more so than I already was) I'm not even gonna lie they probably could have been all but terrible to me and even though I wouldn't have wanted to and I probably would have continued to buy their products just bc like I said they are a staple in the drum world and almost a necessity. Thanks for being a great company and standing behind your products and having great customer service. This is why you're one of the giants I guess.
