Worked with Hailey from CS to replace a seemingly faulty cable. The issue was addressed and a replacement was sent out with a total of ~10 minutes of effort. 5 stars!

My strings have been on my guitar since 2010 after playing a live show put the guitar in the case had a stroke the same year, can no longer play. went to sell the guitar , and the strings are still perfectly in tune! 15 years in the case. Best strings ever!

I made an error with a string. Reached out to buy a string and they not only had a single string in stock, they sent it to me no charge..Great customer service
