I have been using D’Addario reeds for over 15 years and have been a big fan of their alto saxophone products. I recently received a defective reed in an online order and was immediately assisted by D’Addario’s wonderful customer service who promptly sent a replacement. I will continue to use their reeds due to my long-time satisfaction with their products and more recently, my experience with their high quality customer service.

I recently contacted D'Addario concerning a matter related to classical strings. I was put in contact with an expert. It was far beyond merely a supportive follow-up.

I have been a customer of D'addario for close to 20 years. I have tried many other brands but always came back. Having said that, I have had a few little issues with a few products recently and I decided to reach out to the company and they did not disappoint! I personally worked with a person named George and they have gone above and beyond both times I have needed their help. Not only was George extremely helpful but they were also really kind and normal, not like a super staunch customer service folk. That and they obviously have a decent sense of humor. I really appreciate this company a ton and George especially. I can't recommend them more. P.s. anyone who hasn't used the Auto Trim Locking Tuners is only hurting themselves haha

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Hailey for her outstanding support. She responded to my inquiry within minutes and immediately took action to resolve the issue. I had received a product that was supposed to include a Players Circle Code Card, but unfortunately, it was missing. Hailey promptly requested proof of purchase, verified everything quickly, and within an hour, my account was updated with the appropriate Player Circle points. For many years D'Addario Phospher Bronze have been my go to strings for Acoustic guitar. High quality, the best sound and good price.

Excellent customer service! In the guitar string set that I ordered from Amazon, the "D" string was plain solid, when it should have been wound. When I brought this to the attention of D'Addario customer service, they immediately sent me a replcement for the odd string, plus a complete new string set as well.
