D'Addario & Company, Inc.Reviews of daddario.com

the products like reeds and such are very nice, i especially recommend the mitchell luries and the reserve line. graftonite mouthpieces are decent although there are better options available (cork issues). I've also tried the x10 mouthpiece and it was great, easy to blow, no problem! um customer service is great, i had account issues and they resolved it within a week or so edit 5/6/25: there was an unresolved issue with my account balance and was solved immediately!

Had an enquiry about installation of a universal strap. Service was quick, helpful and friendly! Excellent job, D’Adderio!

Brilliant company producing absolutely great products! Add to that the superb customer service and you’ve got the perfect musicians friend. Thank you!

Customer services reps are good help

I have been using D'Addario strings for a long time for my acoustic and electric guitars. I trust their quality and the option to use their string guide to obtain the correct strings for my guitars. Their support is quick to respond to inquiries and offer great advice and assistance. I recommend D'Addario to all my playing friends.

Simply excellent customer service. I received a damaged package with leaking oil, and the whole order was replaced, together with a free polishing cloth. No quibbles. No fuss. An excellent service thank you. And , by the way, the products are the BEST too!!

An excellent company communication is the best thank you

Customer support at D'Addario is beyond what anyone could possible expect. Twice now I've needed to reach out to customer support and both times the response is overwhelmingly good. My question this time took a bit of effort on George's part, but he really took care of me with some strings that are no longer even in their lineup. I'm a small-scale custom builder of mandolin-family instruments. Every instrument that leaves my shop is wearing D'Addario strings. George is one of the reasons why.
