Love this brand - awesome, comfy shirts with simple logos that I love. Recently got blood stains on one of the shirts, reached out to customer service and they’re sorting me out with a replacement. Solid apparel and great customer service!

The way the company responded to an exchange request was incredibly fantastic! They made the entire process so pleasant that I found myself in a customer service situation that I was totally unaccustomed to. I received quick response to my request.. “ sure we would love to help”, next were quick responses to my emails… who does that? Next, a package with my requested hat arrived in a box with a return label inside.. and the hat arrived quickly… again… who does that? EVERY PERSON I communicated to was outstanding! It is obvious that one of their company pillars is to “keep the customer happy… and quickly!” Kudos to everyone at Dad’s Brand! You all should be very proud of yourselves… PEOPLE… buy this company’s products!!!! 🙂👍

Dad Brand helped support is great. My package got delivered but no apt info so I never got my package and they sent another one at no cost to me. 10/10!
