I ordered a hat from Dad Brand as a gift for a family member. It shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The hat seems to be high quality. However, it does not fit the person I gave it to. I reached out to Dad Brand via email over a week ago, I have followed up twice, and have yet to receive any responses to my messages. I am very disappointed with the customer service, or total lack thereof.

I placed an order that has been stuck in "Ready to ship" for close to 3 weeks. This company does not respond to any emails or Instagram DMs regarding a status update. Really disappointing.

Wrote this review in april 2024: I had placed an order of 2 caps for a total of 66 euros (order #137841). After 2 months, still haven't received anything. When I look up the tracking code, I saw that my package was sent back to the sender, back to DAD BRAND. I sent them a mail asking them to refund my money as I didn't receive the caps. Meanwhile we are 6 months further and I still haven't received a reply or a refund. SCAM!!!! In April DadBrand reacted they will refund me. They e-mailed me, I responded I want a full redund. AGAIN, 4 MONTHS LATER, NO REACTION OR REFUND. DON’T BUY HERE, SCAMMERS!!

Hi Emma, so sorry about the delay, we did receive your email this morning and replied a couple hours ago. As you're aware we shipped your order the same day that it was placed but there was an issue with the carrier. We have not received the item as return to sender and it does appear to still be in transit. However, we sent out a brand new shipment via Priority Mail at no cost to you. I’ve sent them multiple messages on instagram and email and no reply ever! My order was never received and I’m so mad. They replied to this review but if they checked their email and instagram DMs they would know what order I’m referring to!

After I submitted this review, and 3 emails to Dad brand, I finally got a reply! 🙄 They said my order was stuck in customs, and I will get a refund. I ordered a hat for my son for Christmas and it never arrived. Says it was “delivered.” I tried emailing the company three times and they never replied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I never received my order and they didn’t reply to my email asking for help. Seems like a scam to me. They also deleted my review on their website, they only keep the 5 star reviews. I ordered a hat on December 5th and paid for shipping. It allegedly shipped the next day but the tracking number doesn’t lead anywhere, it says “item not found”. It’s now January 8th and no sign of my package and no reply from the company. Update: they resolved this after I posted this review. They sent a new order which arrived today.
