I had a problem with one of the wigs I ordered and need to retract a disappoining review. I was shocked at the incredible customer support I got from 3 or 4 different people from Cyster Wigs. These responses to my problem were with very helpful hints about how to fix my wig and they worked. I am grateful. Further I did order 2 more products they mentioned that will help even more. CysterWigs is a an excllent company to purchase wigs from... very happy with the abundant information Heatther produces via YouTube and via the Blog... I love the customer reviews of the wigs and Heather's description of each shade .... choosing hair colours is the most tricky aspect of purchasing hair IMO. The CysterWigs CSA's are speedy, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Love this company.
