I only buy my wigs from Cysterwigs. I feel like Heather works very hard at making sure the wigs that she stocks are of good quality. I have purchased many wigs from Cysterwigs and I’ve only had to return one and that was just because the wig just didn’t look right with my round face. The return process was super simple and customer service was excellent.

I have ordered from several online wig companies, and have visited many more, in search of more hair. ;) Hands down, Cysterwigs was the best for overall experience. The videos Heather produces for wig reviews and color reviews are extremely helpful when making choices. The prices are on par with other online wig stores, but Cysterwigs seems to have been coupons -- which is important to me, because the savings can go to future wigs. Cysterwigs has also shipped more quickly than every other online wig store I have used. And once again, that's important to me, because it's nice to know when my hair is expected to arrive -- and sooner is always better than later. I can't speak to their refund policy because I have not needed to use it yet.

Heather knows her hair! Her explanations about all merchandise is very helpful. I love when she models the wigs - it provides a REAL idea how it will look on an everyday person. That's extremely important. The website is easy to use. Cyster Wigs is a fantastic company working for the individual need of the person. And she's so funny and down-to-earth! Love this company, the wigs, and Heather!

I have been a client since just about the beginning and won't shop anywhere else. Great customer service and they really seem to listen and care. Shipping and prices are fast and fair and all those YouTube videos and resources - it makes shopping online so much easier and fun!

From their wonderful client care help desk( every question is answered and you always feel valued) to their online inclusive wig community ( you aren't alone) to their great prices ( everyday Inhouse coupon & frequent sales as well!!) and quick shipping( with tracking numbers) I couldn't be happier. This was my first time ordering from this site. I watch Heather's videos and just had to give her site a try. I contacted customer service since the wig I wanted doesn't come in my usual color. They were great! Answered all my questions, even after hours. I needed to exchange for a different color, it was hassle-free. Can't wait to see the new color.
