I found cysterwigs.com because I enjoy watching and learning about wigs from Taz’s Wig Closet. I don’t want to see models who are all made up and their photo was taken by a pfofessional photographer. I bought a wig because after 2 years having white / platinum hair which looks nice but I found I was bored. In photos, my face and hair looked like a marshmallow wearing red lipstick. Even though I always wear clothes with color. I feel good about myself. I am older and have always tried to look my best which I am continuing to do by wearing g wigs. I love the video reviews so that I can see a certain style or color on a real person. They make it easy to order and return. They email you lots of options if you ask for a suggestion similar to what you wear.

Cysterwigs has the best (very reasonable; she works hard to make money afterall, just like most of us do) customer service - they're big enough to offer the best wigs and great prices (lots of deals, coupons etc) yet small enough to answer emails quickly and provide as much assistance as you want. Heather is THE most knowledgeable wig lover in the business and not only provides tons of detailed reviews on many wigs, lines, colors, but has taken the time to include lots of really helpful information and tips on her website.

I've had great customer service with Cysterwigs. The staff is friendly and more than willing to answer any questions you may have and provide whatever help you need. My only complaint, tiny as it is, regards their Loyalty Points. The use of them is so restrictive they're nearly useless. But since they're a freebie I'm not really complaining.

The depth to which she has covered any topic I could think of when it comes to wigs made shopping easier. Her videos, her humor, and candor really endeared me to the site. So I made the leap and bought my first wig. The speed that it arrived was great. The wig was in excellent condition. I will definitely purchase from this site again.
