CysterWigsReviews of cysterwigs.com

In this world to day of cyber shops, online marketing, and impersonal customer service experiences, CysterWigs is by far one of the most phenomenal, excellent, brilliant companies ever to be online or offline. It comes from the top down (so to speak!) from Heather. It is her integrity and drive and heart for customer service that make this the only place I will ever shop for wigs. I am a Cysterwigger for life and always will be. Thanks Heather, Kerry, and all the people who make this a wonderful journey. It was one that could have been very sad and frustrating or a journey full of joy and knowledge and beauty. And CysterWigs is by far the latter!! Thanks again, and I wish you many many many years of success and happiness to you all.

Still new to wigs. Thought I’ve purchased a few, this is my first from Cysterwigs. Nice variety, good customer service and the video reviews and product commentary are VERY helpful. I just received “Karla” by TressAllure in Cocoa Bean. The fiber on this wig is deliciously nice and fine. It’s only slightly darker and warmer than my natural color but will probably look good. I’d like to see more designers offer dark cool (ash) brown options. Will be back!

My first experience with CysterWigs. I ordered ahead and the date was met and the shipping was fast.

Always phenomenal shopping with Cysterwigs, their customer service and shopping experience is second to none. They truly care about their customers.

I love CysterWigs! Anytime I've had a question, the response time is quick and helpful! Great customer service! The YouTube videos are the most informative and i'm able to make an educated selection based on the videos. The wig selection is fantastic with lots to choose from. I rarely buy from anywhere else! Heather and her team are the best!

Great service, amazing deals, excellent return policy. After many years as a wig wearer, and dealing with a variety of companies I now shop exclusively with Custer Wigs.

The wig was beautiful and the color was gorgeous. I then turned it only because it was to long for me. I called your company and they told me how to do an exchange. I mailed it back to you the same day So easy and hassle free. I love you and your videos and it's a great company.

The only place I will shop online for wigs
