I ordered HM Jules. I is a very natural look and I am very satisfied with it. My only issue is I ordered color 5H; which was supposed to have red highlights in it. Well the highlights are pretty non-existent. I am keeping it as the fit, style and look are great. Next time I will go redder. I have ordered most of my wigs from Cysterwigs as they are fantastic with customer service and helping even suggesting a look you are searching. Since I found Cysterwigs, it is my to go place to purchase a wig.

I had to return my first purchased wig recently. The man helped me so much by doing an exchange instead. It saved me the restocking fees. Although it took a couple of weeks to ship, I now have the wig that is better for me. Thanks!

I would have given 5 stars, but I have purchased two wigs o this site after hours of shopping, only to get an email that they were out of stock and my money was refunded. I have completed several transactions. But inventory should be managed better. If a wig is not available, it should be removed from the site.

I made a return, it was a simple process. I reordered and excited to try my next wig! Customer service is great and emails are returned in great timing. The girls are really knowledgeable too. Thanks for all the help!

I think you're great but you never publish my reviews on products I purchase from you. My opinion should matter as much as everyone else.

You guys provide great service; you are super helpful with all my color questions. Selection and prices are great..although you do not give your inhouse30 discount on Henry Margu yet another site will. Wish you would. I am a loyal customer but love my discounts.
