I ordered several wigs over the past year from CysterWigs and never had any problems. All of a sudden when trying to order another wig they cancelled my order and said they suspected fraudulent activity. I tried to contact them to resolve this error and the "customer service" representative told me my account was cancelled and not to contact them again. I can't believe this is how they "resolve" a problem. I am happy to take my money elsewhere.

Ordered a wig last week. Have not heard from them so far with an update. I am paying the highest delivery fee of any company which is $11.50. If the wig needs to be returned it will cost me another $11.50 plus a 10% restocking fee. Needless to say this will be my only experience with cysterwigs. I will have to keep the wig as it makes no sense to GIVE them all that money.

Here's the bizarre behavior from Cysterwigs I endured: I ordered 2 wigs, then decided to cancel it. I called & spoke w/ a rep, who said they would have the order cancelled. They made an error & didn't cancel it. I received the order and let them know. I was stresses, but polite. Heather apologized for their mistake & insisted I keep the wigs at no charge. I thought that was amazing customer service & thanked them profusely. Here's the kicker: That was the 1st time I had ever ordered from them. When I went to order again, they immediately cancelled my order due to "unforeseen circumstances". I thought nothing of it, but the the same thing happened again! It turns out they blocked me. Black listed me!! That's buzarre, because I did nothing wrong! I was polite and cordial (I still have the emails) when they made the error. So, they are "punishing" me because THEY made a mistake!! How bizarre is that? That's a foolish way to run a business. Since then, I've ordered at least a dozen wigs from WigStudio1. They don't treat customers like that. I am happily taking my business elsewhere. Heather apparently isn't mature enough to respond and react appropriately when Cysterwigs makes a mistake. They blame the customer!

Be careful with their “unlimited exchange” policy. I’m new to wigs due to hair loss from chemo, so I was happy when I found this site because it sounded like it was a risk-free way to find the perfect wig. I was mistaken, so I’d like to help others not make the same mistake. I ordered a wig just before going out of town (first mistake). When I tried it on I loved the style but the color didn’t look good on me. I sent a message to customer service about trying a different color. A few days later they made a recommendation, so I turned to Heather’s video reviews to get a better idea of the color they were suggesting. Then I spent countless hours pouring through YouTube videos and reviews trying to find a color that would work for me (second mistake). I reached out again with some additional questions. Did some more research and finally sent them a pic of my skin tone to see if they could recommend something else. When I finally heard back they said it was no longer eligible for an exchange as it was outside of the 14 days. I spent several hundred dollars and way too many hours, just to have a box that will now sit in my closet. Please, do not be mistaken, if you are new to wigs and not real sure what colors/styles would work for you, please go to a local wig store instead, at least that way you can try them on and see what works.

the owner has no clue how to run a business. she makes youtube videos about customers filled with drama and lies. what legitimate professional business would do something like that? none. i strongly suggest to anyone who is shopping for wigs to stick with larger more professional wig websites. heed my warning.
