The wig arrived timely. The color is beautiful. My only complaint is that it appears to have less hair and curl. It also states it was made in Japan.

I purchased Mia Tress Allure in a second color and took advantage of a great sale. The shipping wasn't as fast as I had hoped, I tried to call customer service but there is no customer service by phone, so I emailed. I think my email inquire helped to prompt someone and next day I received confirmation it had shipped it along a smidge. Beautiful hair (did not come with a hairnet - not sure why it didn't come with that - I always get one with other retailers -but no issues.

Received topper on time. Returned it and I am receiving a refund. I just wish I could talk to someone in the customer service instead of just emailing. I love the Heather's youtube reviews of the wigs and toppers.

I had a good experience with Cysterwigs. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact my order was somehow lost in the process and after 8 days I had to call and ask what was happening. After that it came to me in the next couple days. The wig was exactly expected in color and curl.

The wig I purchased, Embrace by Raquel Welch is beautiful & comfortable. I am very happy with it. This was my first experience ordering a wig online. For me the CysterWig site was not easy to navigate. After figuring out a number of wigs that I liked I was not shown on the site that they were not available anymore until I was ready to put them in my shopping cart which wastes a lot of time & is very disappointing. I did not understand that the best way to approach ordering a wig online is to start with size first, something I learned through way too much time on your site. I believe it would be helpful to users to explain the steps in ordering a wig. If ordering the wig was easier I would have rated you a 5. I now know how your website works and will return as I am very happy with my new wig.

I really like the Cysterwigs site. The videos are extremely helpful, especially for color. The latest wig I ordered was exactly like advertised and after having it thinned out and adding a few more layers I’m extremely satisfied with it. I would have given 5 stars for my review but It seemed to take longer than expected to get to me. The order wasn’t shipped until 7 days after my order was placed and no explanation sent as to why. Other than that, I am very happy with using Cysterwigs.

I received JR EMILIA and the color Cocoa Bean was gorgeous and the cap was very comfortable. I was not happy with the very noticeable knots on the lace front but I guess that’s expected with darker hair and the plus was the gorgeous bangs hid that well. The wig itself was a disappointment. I was hoping it would have been similar to Estetica Jamison only with bangs however this wig had no volume and just layed flat. I knew I’d be returning this so I did not try to achieve more volume.

I found a wonderful wig at CysterWigs at a really great price. Finding it and ordering it was easy to do online. I received an immediate confirmation email when I placed the order and another when the item was shipped. However it took seven days for the order to be shipped, not the 1-3 days it claims on CysterWigs.com. I am not upset at the delay, but it would have been nice to have gotten an email explaining that there was a delay in shipping my order and why, and when it might be expected to ship. This is why I gave only 4 Stars. The wig arrived well packaged and beautiful! It was exactly what I ordered, though I highly recommend searching for a video review of the wig COLOR you want to order. The online Color Chart can be deceiving.
