I am shocked by how unprofessional the owner is. The whole company is this way. They change policies after you have already ordered under the old policy, the owner, Heather, posts such silly and unprofessional reviews where she laughs like a hyena, and most of all, she complains about her customers in the most unprofessional way. If you can't handle business, you should not be in business. She's just plain childish. And please, stop posting those embarrassing videos related to your weight problems. If you want to be a CEO of a hair company, have someone else do the reviews who know how to act professional in their reviews. Learn how to be a professional!

NO ONE HAS CALLED ME FROM CYSTERWIGS STILL OR REPLIED TO MY EMAILS. IF I DONT HEAR FROM SOMEONE SOON I’M CALLING THE STATES ATTORNEY OFFICE IN GEORGIA TO REPORT THAT CYSTERWIGS TOOK PAYMENT FOR 7 WIGS FROM ME BUT HAS NOT DELIVERED THEM OR ALTERNATIVELY REFUNDED MY MONEY, WONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MY CALLS AND WONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Ill ALSO FILE A REPORT WITH THE BBB,. ILL BE REPORTING FRAUD TO MY CRÉDIT CARD COMPANY AND TO PAYPAL TOO IF I DONT GET A RESPONSE. I EMAILED ASKING FOR A STATUS ON THE 7 WIGS I I ORDERED AND HAVE BEEN IGNORED. EITHER DELIVER THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY. THIS SMACKS OF FRAUD BECAUSE YOU REFUSE TO TELL ME THE STATUS OF MY 7 WIG PURCHASES OR RESPOND BACK TO ME.

I would give this company a negative star rating if I could. Everything would be fine if you received your wig and it was perfect. But if you have a problem, good luck to you. I received my wig and it looked lovely but it did not even come close to fitting. I got nothing but arguments from the company about returns. They will not allow me to return it, but suggested I buy another one. Very unethical company.

Lucky those who could wait 2 weeks for their order (according to their policy its 10 business days), and didn't have to return anything. Now after a month and a half of an extensive email correspondence, I finally got my money back (keep in mind they will provide you with a return label and deduct it from your total, plus the 10% handling fee.Together it may be well over $25 just for one wig). By the way: email is the ONLY way they chose to communicate with their customers, which I find is very convenient method when answering question and dealing with problems is undesirable. There is, of course, a customer care support # you can call at, but all you'll be getting is a lengthy voice mail, which will explain to you in cheerful manner that because they are very small company, they can't keep up with all the orders, besides they are extremely short on staff...and due to the holidays... and so one so forth... My question is: why are you in business, if you say you can't keep up with it??? My whole experience with them was total frustration! I would've recommended this company only to my worst enemy, if I had one, or someone who I wanted to be punished. People, make sure to read carefully their FAQ section, which clearly explains their policies. It is a mile long, and I didn't have the time for that. If you're like me, and something goes wrong with your order, you will be getting apologetic emails in return with a list of helpful links from that section to resolve your problem... Usually, if I don't have anything good to say, I don't say anything, but this rule now, after everything I've been through with them, needs a restoration...

Although I had written five star reviews in the past I now have to give one star to this company. I had returned a wig that I wore for five seconds and knew I didn’t not want it but have been banned from the company for it. They claim it was worn and returned in poor condition. The video of the return inspection added some B.S. about the curl pattern being altered. I made a formal complaint on social media and apparently they ban anyone who returns a wig. It’s a shame because they would have made a lot of money from me but if a small business like Cyster wigs wants to make their pool of clientele smaller then that is their choice. I found another company that does not run their business the same way and I think it’s a better fit.

The good news was my wig arrived very quickly. The bad news is I had a problem with my wig from the moment I took it out of the box. The bottom line is I could not return it because I had brushed it. I tried to make the wig work for me BY brushing it and now I am stuck with it. Read the return policy really well. I really believe my wig is defective but we will never know.

I was shocked to be treated so horribly from a company that got such good reviews. Afterwards, though, I read the reviews more carefully, and it seems that everything is fine unless you have a problem, and then they get angry at you for asking them to help you solve a problem. Lately, the owner, Heather, has even been posting videos ranting about customers taking advantage of her, saying that they're a new tiny company, basically rationalizing their mistakes. Sorry, toots, if you can't handle your business, stop growing it. And don't let people steal from you, but don't whine to the internet at large, and then use it as an excuse to berate anyone asking for help. I think I must have suffered from that backlash attitude of "Customers are trash if they're asking for something." For the record, I just wanted help picking out what to trade something for, and after getting NO help on the phone (according to Heather, that's what you get with a small company), the email support just told me everybody's different, and THEY don't know what I want if I don't. When I tried to explain my question again, they just got rude, Heather herself accused me of being abusive. (I never was: the worst thing I said was I don't think you understood my question, Let me try again so we can all be on the same page.) Heather is all sweet and cute in her reviews and tries to disguise harsh and whiney as "transparent," but it comes down to Cysterwigs is not concerned with customer service; they're concerned with not being bothered by customers. If your order goes off without a hitch, you'll never know what awful people they are. I wouldn't take a chance. I'll never shop there again. She whines that Wigs.com and Name Brand Wigs have been around and have bigger staffs than she does. Well, they do better jobs. I've shopped with both of them, had to make returns with both, and had great customer service from both. I don't care why Cysterwig's customer service sucks, I just care that it did.
