DO NOT BUY FROM CYNTHIA ROWLEY! The reviews below are absolutely true. There is NO customer service online. The fed ex return label they sent was incorrect. I emailed CR 5 times, no response. I called many times, no human contact. All mailboxes are full. This is a scam company and should be investigated. My return package had gone missing due to a return label that was incorrect. I finally sent an email to CR threatening to report to the BBB and dispute charges on my CC. 2 minutes later, I received an email with a return refund! DO NOT BUY FROM CYNTHIA ROWLEY.

Do NOT ORDER!!!! It’s been a year! No one will respond or call me back!! They sent the WRONG address to Fed Ex! Non existent address! I am trying to file a claim but sender has to contact fed ex! Well they won’t respond! 30 emails later still nothing! Very expensive items.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’d rather order from ALLIE EXPRESS than Cynthia Rowley! I’m really disappointed that I didn’t read reviews sooner! I thought it was a reputable company!

I never write reviews but I had to write this one because I have never had such a horrible experience with online orders! DO NOT buy from Cynthia Rowley! I never received my things and I payed a lot for it. Also, not a single response from customer service. I’m beginning to think they don’t even have one.

I made a boot purchase on line and to my disappointment the boot was 2 sizes too small. I emailed customer service for a resolution and they never replied. Unfortunately the boot sold out. I decided to call the store and a very delightful man named Steve, located and mailed me the size I needed. He also was able to locate a bikini bottom that was never mailed that also sold out. He had both items in store and mailed them to me immediately. Steve your the best you definitely opened the skies for me!!! Cynthia Rowley should be glad to have you!! Very Satisfied Customer

I ordered a dress 3 months ago, and I still haven’t received it. I have written countless emails and called, no one has EVER answered back. This dress was already expensive and now no customer service at all!!!???? Unacceptable

The worst ever! She charges so much money on her merchandise and her customer service is awful. They never reply to emails. I purchased a dress early November, never received the dress never heard from anyone. I had to call customer service to find out what happened with my purchase. They didn’t have the dress in their warehouse and they failed to tell me. Awful!

Please do not order from this company! I placed an order in mid-August and then emailed and called CR multiple times with no response as to the status of my order. My calls were not only due to general enquiries re: shipping, but also an issue that I was having with moving/displacement because of the recent wildfires in CA—this company did not even have the decency to respond to someone (me) navigating a true state-of-emergency!!! Of course, I paid full price for the items that I ordered. I still have not heard back from anyone at CR. I reported them to the BBB. Sincere hopes that this review is helpful to all that read it!!

SCAM. Don’t buy from this company. I purchased a $300 dress and despite constant emails for information about where my order has progressed to, I’ve had no reply. Ive lodged a complaint with NY consumer unit. I also checked on websites for employees and countless stories of staff being bullied, not being paid fully, being asked to do unethical things and witnessing clients being ripped off. Consumer complaints told me hundreds of complaints about this company. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY HERE, AS YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PURCHASE. It just doesn’t arrive.
