Very prompt, efficient service. I've shared the results with several people, one 'in the business', and 'in the know'. He was impressed with the accuracy of the data, as he knows the score on our water. Thank you!

Do the test, slap it back in th box, tape it up, put the label on and drop it off at the USPS. Wait a week or two for the email and report. Easy Peasy.

Fast shipping and turn around, easy to do and easy to read report, friendly customer service. Mismatched info on how to (said to put in mail box but it was ups label) and address sticker (said new address but it was old address on return label - arrived ok and report received) while they are moving but clarified over the phone. Recommended for price and speed!

Thanks for your review, AND your patience as we move to our larger labs at 2430 N. Halsted in Chicago!

No problems. My only suggestion is a brief explanation of what the results mean regarding level of PFAS. It is difficult to interpret as a layperson.

Thanks for your review Janet. You are always welcome to call us for further understanding of your report. We answer the phone! Additionally, a good way to educate oneself is to go to the following website. https://www.epa.gov/pfas. Your county water municipality also will have clear information about PFAS levels in water and what that means for our health. Again, we aprpeciate you taking the time to submit a review.
