The kit was easy to use and prepaid box worked great but the length of time to get results is a bit much.

It was my first test like this. I am going to order another one (or two) since getting a whole home water filtration system. I'm not committed to this score.

Very good, but it takes a long time for the kit to reach me, and they sent it back once it was in the mail. The test information from the water takes a minute to get an email back.

1) The sample source description you provide is, sometimes, less specific than what I submit. Should always be just what I write on the submittal form. 2) Pricey!
