Unacceptable Turnaround Time
DON’T BE FOOLED… Ordering is simple, and sending is simple. But getting updates or information? Not so much. On our first call, the coordinator couldn't give us any information and promised to call back in an hour—only to call back the next day. This was four days after we were supposed to get the report. Five days later, I called again, no answer, left a message, and never got a return call. We finally got the report nine days past the stated turnaround time. Customer service is nonexistent, and the turnaround time is terrible. I will never use this company again and don't recommend.
