PFAS testing is new to all of us. Cyclopure customer service answers the phone and gives timely answer to questions. Excellent! Test kits were provided quickly after ordering. After sending back the samples results were provided quickly, faster than they said, in a simple, understandable format. Definitely will test again with Cyclopure.

Fast and reliable

So far so good! I am new to Cyclopure. My local water showed 2 or so ppt of PFAS. I ordered and installed a whole house system as a finishing to my existing whole house system. The system was easy to install and based on the minimal amount of PFAS the system should last longer than the average replacement time of on year based on conversation with the lead engineer. After installing the new system I noticed little or no decrease in whole house water pressure, taste or feel. I am presently performing another test to make sure the system works as expected for PFAS removal. The customer services thus far has been exceptional!

I have to trust that it removes PFAS from my water. So apart from that unknown, I like the program. It is convenient to be subscribed, & all shipments have arrived. My only complaint is that the interval seems just a bit long--my replace filter light goes off before I receive the next filter. I "recondition" it & put it back in, but find I worry a bit about it. And I'm a 1-person household.

I love the product and would give it 5 stars. BUT The website does not function properly: I used it to cancel my subscription and then received TWO replacement cartridges! I was charged for both! On Monday I will try to rectify this by phoning the company. Wish me luck!
