Ordered for my ebike - got side mirrors. Perfect fit and good quality.

They sent a generic bicycle seat that wasn't even close to a fit for my bike. The seat arrived with no invoice or customer service info. No reply to multiple requests for return information sent to the support address on the web site. Total scam operation.

Absolutely no response from customer support. Overpriced. Blatant false advertising. No individual can stop this kind of thievery but we can hope that they will see justice. Do not trust them. Do NOT give them your money.

I tried to cancel an order less than an hour after placing it and then a short time lately when they sent me an email confirmation of the order. They never responded and do not have a phone number to reach them. Order number was 12588 Further, the product came with no instructions on how to put it on!

Terrible. Kickstand did not work on the bike ordered for. Never a response to 5 emails inquiring about a refund/return

Fraudsters! Ordered a cover from their website and received it from Amazon.ca instead and marked as a "gift". It cost me triple of what I would have paid ordering from Amazon directly. Lesson learned. Stay clear of these scammers!

I ordered a bike rack for a trek Domane bike. The rack did not even come close to fitting my bike and they do not respond to emails. The phone number on their website is inoperable! Do not order from them, they lie about the model bikes their racks will fit and they will not do returns!!!

The experience I had with this company reminded me of the importance of checking companies on the internet first. Bike rack did not fit my Cannondale bike as advertised. There is no return policy as they do not reply to emails or phone calls. Truly the worst scam company I ever dealt with. Keep away!!!
