AVOID! I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my money. Same story as the other reviewers, I fear. There is no way to return an item. They don't issue the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. And there's no way to contact them. I emailed 21st, 25th and 27th Feb 2023. No reply. This is just a faceless shell of a company. They send the order directly from a distribution centre. In the UK, my order was shipped from: 4PX Express UK Ltd Unit 2 Arenson Way Dunstable LU5 4RZ 0333 015 1951 This company also has a lot of poor reviews on Google, including: Q: I want the customer service phone... A: Total waste of time website in Chinese nobody answers phone It's a disgrace that they trade in this manner. I hope their business is short-lived.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I have emailed four times and telephoned four times regarding the wrong address for an order. They never respond to an email and the voicemail always takes a message without anyone calling back. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Do not buy from this company!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They sell cheap crap! No customer service. No one returns your complaint. I bought a basket for my bike. It was supposed to be the correct one for my bike. I paid $50 for a custom fit. I got a generic basket I could have bought at a sporting good store for $14. Now they don't return my complaint.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The customer service is non-existent. They have a phone number but it's a disconnected number that hangs up on you after 1 or 2 rings. Any emails are never going to be responded to. I tried a dozen times to return my package over a several-week period (I even emailed their parent company, Digisect Investments, and never received a response). I ordered a pannier rack from them for my specific bike size. Once it arrived I learned it didn't fit my bike at all. I was advised by my bank to refuse the package (DO NOT DO THIS) and send it back. Through weeks and weeks of dealing with the investigation team, I did not even receive a refund because I couldn't prove my package made it back to CyclingKinetics. Advice: 1. Avoid this company if possible. The products on their website all state that they are specifically made for your bike. They're not. The drop-down menus for selecting your bike don't actually change which product you're getting. 2. Hold onto the package once you get it. Use it as evidence to prove that you got a bad product.

Ordered a mirror for Trek fx1 was stated it was specifically for that bike. It isn't doesn't fit and can buy same item a lot cheaper on any website. Have emailed numerous times to get returns address but have completely ignored my messages. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rubbish!!!!!!. Super generic bike maintenance document. I was seeking 'future shock' headset suspension spring assembly service information - found on mine and all Specialized Roubaix road bikes. Website had this exact 2017 model for a service manual purchase, upon buying and viewing it makes no reference to this area whatsoever - as if the Roubaix was a standard road bike. Looking for my money back but as yet no help there. Website's chat room help section maintains they are a hosting service only and do not deal with complaints. Still waitin for a satisfactory response for my $ to be refunded :(
