Do not order from CyclingKinetics! I ordered a bike mirror that does not match picture and is really cheap plastic. The online listing clearly says Cannondale bike mirror but it’s definitely not a brand name product. There is no way to return item even though it says 30 day guarantee return window. If you call customer service number you’ll get Verizon message saying it’s not a working number. No response by email or the chat box. If you paid by credit card you may as well file a dispute now.

Ordered a rear view mirror for a mountain bike (£33) and received a bike kickstand. Attempts at contacting the company repeatedly failed to get any response at all. Very dissatisfied with the company and myself for not researching the reviews beforehand. This company should not be trading judging by the customer feedback.

I bought what I was led to believe was a kickstand specific to my wife's particular bicycle from the cycling kinetics website. The website very specifically gave my application and the price point reflected a premium product. Right out of the box there were doubts, but when I went to mount the kickstand, it was clear it was a one size fits some and the quality was poor, like auction website for less than half poor. Reaching out to cycling kinetics did no good, they didn't respond. Hopefully, PayPal will be able to undo the transaction.

Don't use this company - bought a pannier for my road bike - sent me a damaged/clearly used one and have failed to refund and respond to me email.

This company is an absolute joke. They never respond, they ignore every message, and they offer no help whatsoever with returns. It’s unbelievable how a business can take your money and then completely vanish when you need support. At this point, it straight-up feels like a scam. I’m furious I wasted my time and money with them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Like others have said: Totally unresponsive. Sent wrong front & rear mud guard AND it had missing parts. Phone calls and emails seem to go no place. Wish I had read reviews before I threw my money away. Should be zero stars
