CyberChimps WordPress ThemeReviews of cyberchimps.com

Cyber Chimps always replies in as timely matter to support and design questions and provides resolutions that work. I have used Responsive Pro for years and would not change. Thanks so much for great customer service and a great product.

More than helpful folks over at CyberChimps. They helped me work on some very specific and niche issues I was facing with my website. They've got the patience to deal with me and my frustrations (not at them, at my lack of skill). I will continue to support them!

I've worked with Cyberchimps for over 15 years, and they have always provided great themes and helpful support.

The theme is excellent. It looks great and has excellent features. I was getting an update message that made no sense. I reached out to customer service. Their response was fast and patient. I’m no a tech person and they patiently walked me through next steps and followed up to check on my progress. I’m very impressed!

Excellent Support After the Sale! The themes are outstanding, but the support you get using the themes is even a higher recommendation. Been a client for over 5 years and will be for many more!

Really happy with CyberChimps. The templates are easy to use and gave us exactly what we needed for a quick, professional website. Support has been very responsive whenever we needed help, and everything just worked without hassle. Great value for money and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a simple, good-looking site.

Our organization has been using the Responsive Mobile (Responsive II) theme for many years. I ran into an issue recently that required me to reach out to their support team. They were very quick to respond and had me back up and running in no time. They directed me to the steps to correct the issue and very politely informed me that the theme I was using had been discontinued and pointed me to a new (similar) theme that I could consider switching to. This was the first time that I had to reach out to their support, and I can report that I was not disappointed.

I have been using the Responsive theme for many years. This is a very stable theme and it is regularly updated. Cyberchimps have always been helpful when I got stuck. The team also checks if their advice has worked. In short, the team is always ready to help and responds to every query very quickly. I strongly recommend them.
