CVS is A $90 billion dollar company that treats their employees like they can't afford to give them a lunch break or hire enough people to cover shifts and call outs!! You give employees IMPOSSIBLE insensitives for bonuses. If the managing pharmacist is an as***le and the customer puts in a bad review... it gets taken out on the store manager who is actually busting his/her ass to keep that store afloat. And it cuts into their bonus too. I know a manager at a CVS and she works more than her 45 hr salary... but constantly gets $**t on by the company. She double shifts .. shows up at ridiculous hours to unload truck and is still expected to cover a full shift and at times double .. and then CVS has the audacity to deny her bonus or give her the go-ahead to hire more people. Oh... and the head pharmacist... this A$$*OLE literally NEVER shows up on time. I've been there to witness this... anywhere from 5 minutes to a half hour late REGULARLY!!! and this is reflected on his other pharmacists and the front store employees!!! CVS is a damn legalized drug dealer! They can afford to do better!!! It's not like they're ever going to get shut down if it they ACTUALLY REALLY took care of their employees. FX CVS!!! EVERYONE should boycott CVS!!! Don't take out your frustrations on my the employees. Most of my them are overworked, underappreciated and most of the time, doing 2 or 3 people's worth of jobs at any given time! Boycott CVS!!!!!

Why can't they afford to staff the outside "full service drive thru". No warning until you get to the window. Last week's notice:drive through closed". This week after waiting 15 minutes behind one car window notice states "come inside long waits outside". Considering what these pharmacies are making it is ridiculous. 7431 atlantic blvd and arlington road jacksonville fl. I'm feed up. What is wrong with this company since they took over Aetna they've declined in service substantially.

The pharmacy staff at the Carlsbad branch on Rancho Sante Fe offer no customer service. The pharmacist (male in the 40's with short grey hair) that consulted me on a medication was rude and condescending. I will not use the pharmacy in the future. So many other options in my community.

Careless with prescriptions, let someone cut in front of me. Rude. I AM in customer service, and know how to handle people in order not to upset them. So done with this company.

This review is for CVS Pharmacy #05460 located at 19901 Frederick Rd, Germantown, Maryland 20876. I arrived prior to my appointment time but was having trouble checking in with my cell phone. A CVS staff person at the pharmacy counter told me that she would check me in. After two other patients went ahead of me, I complained to the manager of the store. After asking them why they were taking other patients before me, I learned that CVS never checked me in. I was initially told it was my fault for not checking in using their app. I learned from the store manager that she could do nothing more than tell me she was sorry, that I was a good customer, and that they were having staffing issues. I also learned from the nurse who administered the flu shot that she had to come in on her day off. Having staffing issues is unfortunate and, in this case, caused operational disruptions. The manager of the store showed respect for me. However, more needs to be done. First, there must be a willingness to accept responsibility for your mistakes. Second, you should never blame others for your mistakes. And third, you need to learn from your mistakes so as not to repeat them. This occasion was not the first time I experienced poor customer service at this CVS location. Therefore, because of a pattern of poor customer service, a mind-set to first blame others for their mistakes and not to learn from them, I cannot in good conscience trust CVS at this location with my family health care needs and will not be returning.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY AT CVS AT 94 PARK STREET NEW CANAAN CONNECTICUT. I tried picking up a prescription at the pharmacy today. I was standing in line and they told me they were closing for lunch after they waited on the person in front of me. It would have taken them less than a minute to give me my prescription. Instead they turned me away and told me it was their lunch break. I called the CVS customer service number to complain. The rep said she would call them to see what’s going on. I told her not to bother, they won’t answer the phone. She called anyway. They didn’t answer the call, AND she got a message saying the pharmacy was temporarily closed. IT’S DISGUSTING. I’M ON MEDICARE AND UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO USE CVS SINCE THEY ARE OWNED BY MY MEDICARE INSURANCE PROVIDER. I NEED MY MEDICATION, AND THIS PHARMACY HAS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE. NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE THERE WOULD HELP.

Your new system is the worst system in the system of all systems. You can't even talk to anybody if you need to talk to a pharmacist, you gotta drive to the store, and then they give you a hard time when they get there if not, you have to leave a text message and wait 3 hours for someone to respond back to you. This is shameful, especially for senior citizens and people with disabilities. I would recommend everyone to transfer to another pharmacy. That has more respect for the elderly and the disabled. This pharmacy is a disgrace.

CVS is so scandelous. In order to make money they are hiring less and less people. Only 1 cashier and waiting in line for so long. If I get ice cream, it melts! I don't feel good and can't stand too long. Don't let me get started with the pharmacy! This is suppose to be a place to pick up our medications with comfort and don't feel rushed. They have cashiers at the pharmacy say, "Next, bring up your order, then walk to the next cashier and tell the next person to step up bring their pick up on the screen while thats processing they are rushing to get my meds come to finish me up(with an anxious hurrying up) process yours when that's processing go to the other cashier they were previously working up get theirs come back go to you, finish you up and want to leave with leaving stranded in case you had questions about your meds etc., and this goes on and on because CVS too, won't hire enough cashiers there. Don't let me get started on the pharmicist! they are rush rush rushing to fill bottles of meds answering phones etc., and I think....what if they put the wrong pills in my bottle? This has happened before and a 10 year old boy died, taking methadone pills instead of his ritalin. The generic names for these meds are similer. This needs to stop. Something needs to be done.
