I waited on hold, the automatic system wasn't working, it kept jumping to the next step before I could press the number. The man who identified himself as the pharmacist asked me my name 4 times is 10 minutes and my birthdate 3 times. He told me I needs a PA which was already done. Another 5 minutes and he said you can pick it up on the 25th. I said that you so much. He said "next time press the correct button, wait on hold, deal with it" before I could respond he hung up on me. I would in healthcare and was effusively polite, in spite of his inability to remember my name. This is at CVS in Portsmouth New Hampshire and happened at 7:04pm tonight!!!!!

I've waited 7 months to write this. Imagine a pharmacy that will not allow you to pay for an RX that your insurance will not pay for, even though a doctor has written a legitimate RX for the drug. Just imagine how intrusive this is. Then imagine a snarky pharmacy manager, who is gleeful about this new company rule. I switched all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I had been a cvs customer since 1991, but no more. I refuse to let a pharmacy get in the way of what my doctor prescribes for me, like some nanny I never asked for! I have not used their store, nor the pharmacy since. I never will again. There are better pharmacies.

I visited 1990 NW Cary Pkwy, cary, If I could give negative or zero stars, I would give zero stars. "How can a company run this type of store? If it does run, I am sure it will go out of business quickly. Very rude and unprofessional. I bought items and presented an extra buck printed paper He said everything was okay with the coupon and it was my coupon which did not expire, but he said the system couldn't accept it and didn't know why and he could not do anything even though I have valid extrabuck. When I asked what I should do with the extra buck, which was a paper extra buck expiring today, the manager replied to do nothing and smiled cruelly. He said I could call anywhere but he could not help me. When I called customer service, the manager went to stand with his staff near the beauty section. He looked at me, talked about me with his staff, commented, and laughed. I left the store without using the extra buck and called corporate to complain. I am waiting for their response.

The CVS pharmacy in Ardmore Ok has terrible customer service. I will no longer be using them. The pharacist refused to give flu shots because he was too busy. It plainly says on the sign “walkins welcome”. We were told we had to have an appointment but i pointed out that it said walkins welcome. That is when the pharmacist said he was too busy. It also takes way too much time to be waited on. They let you stand there sometimes for 10 to 15 minutes. I will never use them for my pharmacy again.

i recently work for cvs health at 400 founders drive in Woonsocket Ri my production manger was brian regal who likes to make inappropriate sexual remakes and he works very hard to lye and cover up accidents in the work place .. so if at any point you get hurt working here ..lmaoo your F@&K cvs will not accept responsibility also if you complain to osha you will be fired !!! they say they dont retaliate but they will make you quit or fire you .. lets shine some liight on cvs health real culture by the way if your transgender the will make fun of you behind you back i watch them play"guess the gender" on my 3rd day of training .just disgusting and the CEO Knows they just dont want another BUD LIGHT situation they rather ignore it than address it cvs is a extremely conservative " guess the gender" is crazy ...

I have been going to the CVS at 118 East New Circle Rd Lexington, KY 40506 for a few years now. I switched from the CVS in Georgetown KY to that CVS, and I have had the worst time ever at that CVS. The workers are very rude, and have no compassion for their customers. Every time I go there to pick up my prescriptions there is always an issue, by them giving me incorrect information or just being rude or insensitive. I understand they see alot of customers on a daily basis. However, they may not know what a customer is going through especially for what they are having to take medication for. A little niceness goes a long way. And I will be switching pharmacies.

If I could give 0 stars , I would. There are 5 CVS Pharmacies in Odessa, Tx. 4 of them are staffed by lazy, rude, incompetent people. I have used ALL of them because they bought my insurance company & I have no choice. I always used Walgreens before & had no problems ever there. Every time I need a prescription refilled it is a nightmare! They FORCED me to pay for CareMark Delivery, saying that they would not deliver my prescriptions otherwise, even though I have had delivery thru my insurance for years. I call the store & there is no answer. I go in & see people just standing around in the pharmacy ignoring the constantly ringing phone. The only exception is the pharmacy in the Target store on 42nd St. That lady is awesome. They need to put her in charge of all the other stores & give her authority to fire those lazy, rude incompetent jerks!

Waited in drive thru for 34 minutes only to be told that it is not ready! Doctor called it in yesterday morning. This CVS NEEDS HELP! EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE STORE IS MESS.
