The workers are great, but whatever systems are in place that delay my prescriptions almost 2 weeks is hot garbage. I've had to talk to multiple CVS RN's about getting my prescription released and it still hasn't been released yet. The behind the scenes communication must not be working between CVS offices. Luckily this prescription isn't anything life threatening to not have now, but if it was I'd feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this.

I am a long time customer. I went to CVS yesterday after I received and email that my prescription was ready for pick up. The email said that the pharmacy was open 24 hours. I went there and it was closed. Sign on window said closed daily from 2:30-3pm. There were also signs everywhere saying 24 hours. Please STOP confusing customer and false advertising. I dont care if you are closed certain hours, just stop advertising you are open 24 hours.

I go to cvs in Scottsburg, IN for suboxone. I’m always having problems no matter how nice I try to be. I’m suppose to pick up every 7 days but they withhold my medication from me every single time. Pretty sure they’re not even allowed to do that. They’re also ridiculously rude. Now i realize a lot of ppl look down on drug addicts even when we’re in recovery but that is no excuse to refuse to give me something that helps me to stay sober and possibly make me withdrawal from not having it. It blows my mind. Some people are just all around crappy asf for no reason and i don’t understand it one bit. These ppl need to be fired asap.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Always a line of a minimum of 10 people. They thought they would blow off my request to transfer my daughter's prescription to Rite Aid. Think again. I went in there to the "drop off" counter, waited 10 minutes while the girl kept filling prescriptions while entirely ignoring me. I had to get rude to get them to do the transfer. SHUT IT DOWN FFS. Its also a filthy dump around the pharmacy counter, especially the floor. Rite Aid is 1000 times better. And I used to work in a CVS pharmacy in the 90s. Gone horribly DOWNHILL.

If you call, expect to argue with a robot. I was told my medication was out of stock- it was pending for 2 weeks and I was having crazy side effects being off for so long. I finally waited the 20+ minutes on hold only for them to type in silence for 5 minutes and tell me it was ready. Once it was ready, I couldnt get it until the next day and I got a text saying "you have one day until we're going to put your Rx back on the shelf." The tech told my husband it was ready 2 weeks ago even though the sticker said it was filled one day ago (after I had called). This month, the same meds have been pending since last week even though they already filled a second Rx that was called in by the same doctor at the the exact same time. I went to pick up different meds and apparently they're closed on the weekends now, even though I had picked up an Rx on Saturday one or two weeks prior and the app still had the old hours listed. Then was texted on Sunday that my meds were ready (they were still closed so idk the point of that reminder). There's a number on the app for pharmacy feedback and the robot would not let me talk to a person or leave a message as feedback and eventually hung up on me. I've been on hold for almost 40 min as I type this trying to see why my meds are pending and if I will have to go through withdrawal for the second month in a row.

Horrible. I am a Cvs customer in North Babylon for more than 10 years. I always wanted to change my pharmacy but it's convenient andto close to my house but enough is enough. The customer service is horrible. Today I went with my daughter to get a flue shot. The pharmacist , Mrs Nader asked me if I had an appointment. I told her that I was advised previously that no appointment is required. Then she told me that we cant have the vaccine because the time is 1pm and they close at 1:30 pm. I told her that no one advised me regarding this and I wasn't aware but you should make sure that the customers know because we bring young kids and elderly for the vaccine and it's not easy. I told her that they should put a sign for the customers to know. She was rude and she really didn't care. Then I called the complaints department and believe me the person that helped me out was worse. I wonder then why their customer service is horrible . They will not have more business from that's for sure.

Made a Flu & Covid shot appointment for 3:45pm on Friday, 11/3/23 at the Ocean City, MD CVS. Arrived at 3:30 and was warned that there were 3 people ahead of me. I left after waiting one hour without getting my shots. There was one person STILL in front of me. The service at this CVS on 120th Street has been terrible for a couple of years now. We now go to Harris Teeter.

This pharmacy has a location in Greenville MS that illegally allowed someone to violate my prior account information on a closed and deactivated medical information account as well as my discount card from Good RX Gold. They even without my permission sold and placed my HIPPA protected information in a publicly managed domain without my express consent for the State of MS. They then started texting me trash messages after I have filed BBB reports against them as well as two FTC complaints for fraudulently sending me fake emails trying to phish for data all because some broke laid off worker from the healthcare industry thought she was too good to work at what she deemed to be a menial job and another thought b/c her daddy was a police officer she could attach herself to my paid account listening to a crooked family member of mine that tried this crap in the past. All of them need punishment ro include this company. Don't ever contact me or anyone else in my family since you let people steal then share my medicine out the back door of the business and sell it on the streets to a person known to be a drug addict thereby endangering not only the public but possibly putting him at risk of dying since it wasn't a prescription based on his needs by a doctor just his need to satisfy a drug addiction. Your company since back in 2010 started this mess with collecting, collating, then illegally selling it to medical device and health insurance providers using mined information from that so called rewards card and if tgey didn't have one you tried making up a universal one using my name just like two another ones did in the same city called Walgreens and Kroger - each of these crooks in cohoots with city officials tried propping up a failed economy by stealing my and others' data to get drugs or treatments for laid-off, derilict, freed jail birds that happen to be veterans. I paid for my treatments and I paid for my own medicine. I have never dealt with such a heiniously orchestrated criminal enterprise whether they acknowledge it or not. You will forever have that F rating and changing ownership or hiding the ability to review you won't stop word of mouth or people that know how to intervene or follow-up the legal way from going after all of you.
