It is hard enough to supervise medications for parents without pharmacy staff that does not know what they are doing and cannot be trusted. I had to call 4X yesterday and was assured my parents prescriptions were handled. DO NOT use CVS they put my parent's health in jeopardy. The Dr was frustrated also. They are very scary. STAY AWAY!! I had to take off two hours off work to handle after assurance it was and a trip there it is still not handled. The staff and pharmacist's do not know what they are doing please protect your family and go elsewhere. This is not the first issue. This one was a serious one.

Just got home from a location in lufkin Texas On Timberland dr HAD AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE PERSON OVER BALD MALE THE STAFF STATED I COULD GO GET NY MEDS FILLED SOME WHERE ELSE IF I DODNT LIKE HOW THEY ATTENDED US THE CASHIER HELPING US WAS BEING RUDE TO EVERYONE AT HER LIKE NOT JUST ME AND WHEN I WAS MY TURN SHE WAS LIKE YOUR NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH AND I GAVE HER BOTH AND SHES LIKE YOU MEED TO SLOW DONW I DONT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING YOUR SAYING THEN THIS BLACK LITTLE GIRL DIDNT GET HER NAME HAD TO BE PHYSICALLY HELD BACK FROM ATTACKING ME IN THE LOCATION AT THE REGISTER BECAUSE I TOLD THE LADY SHE HAD NO REASON TO BE PROJECTING HER FRUSTRATION AT EVERYONE. AND SHE FOR NO REASON FLEW OFF THE HANDLE BECAUSE OF WHAT I TOLD THE CASHIER will be reaching out to local police department the manager and the anyone that hold these people accountable for the disrespect the threat the distress and actions.

Engleside pharmacy location in Virginia is horrible!! They act like the customer is bothering them. I tried 4 times to get the same prescriptions filled and there was always an issue on their end. They automatically put a GoodRX number on your prescription for the lowest price, but it flags certain insurance accounts as having secondary insurance coverage, making the prescription to not be covered by your insurance and causing huge issues. They are extremely bad with communication, and they lie. One of my prescriptions had to be ordered and it still has not arrived there, but the person answering the phone told me my insurance didn't cover it. Even sent me a text with the lie while I was on the phone today trying to find out why it has taken almost 2 weeks for it to show up. I called my insurance company to make sure I got the exact brand name I needed, and spoke with the doctor telling her the exact brand name I needed. Somehow, CVS screwed it up and either didn't order it, or changed the brand name so it would not be covered. The pharmacist and I have been going back and forth for 2 weeks about this, but only when I call up there. They never called me with suggestions regarding what to do until today. When I called today they told me to find another pharmacy. I transferred to Walmart. Just deplorable.

I was very upset with this company been waiting since last Wednesday for a Medicine that i need on a daily. Pharmacist was very rude i told her its been 5 days with out the Medicine she told me she didnt care if i got it or not she wouldn't even call or check online to see if other Cvs had it and that she wasn't going to call me so I can call Dr either to tell them it was back order .Then she told me that's not her job to check or call Dr not true i once worked in pharmacy i know how it goes i been dealing with this company for year I'm done tired of being disrespected when I'm bring you business.

My wife was shopping for Carmex. CVS had one jar for $5.00, She decided to go to Walmart. She bought 3 jars for $2.98. CVS is supposed to be a trusted brand with reasonable prices, This is price gouging.

Yesterday I went to CVS pharmacy found on oldbridge rd and got two passport size photo, the quality of the photo is very! very! very! poor and they charge me $16 plus tax which is totally unacceptable. Since I wasn't satisfied with quality of the picture and immediately went to Wal-Mart and have a way better quality with just only $7 with an excellent customer service. Therefore, I will never recommend anybody shopping (picture) from CVS pharmacy at all.

Its open enrollment at my company and I’m switching to a plan with a mail order pharmacy; NOT CVS! I made four attempts to obtain a refill without success. The pharmacy was closed for lunch (which I think is good policy)., 2 attempts were foiled due to long, long lines and finally they returned the item to stock and now have none in stock. I’ve been trying for weeks to get this Rx filled. I feel sorry for the pharmacists and staff who are working in profoundly under staffed stores. High turnover and inability to recruit and retain staff is usually a sign of poor company policy and poor working conditions. My concerns are lack of access to medical care and increased risk of medication errors. When will CVS execs address the issue? Will it take someone being injured and suing them for damages? No more CVS for me. There are much better options out there.

The words CVS and pharmacy should not be used together! CVS a bad joke!
