Just as another review wrote, 1 star is too much. I feel I have been robbed of my money by the CVS location at 1800 East Highway 50, Clermont, FL 34711. I paid $88 for a prescription that should have been $20 through good rx. The pharmacy told me they had run all coupons and $88 was the price. I was rushed out of there without time to question and further. When I retuned home I found the good rx price of $20. I phoned the pharmacy and was told to come back in with the receipt. I did, only to be told they could not do anything about it. Called corporate and was told the same. Rude staff as this location and I will now move to another pharmacy who have the time for their customers.

My doctor called in a prescription two days ago and it has still not been filled. I tried to reach the pharmacy by phone but they don’t answer their phone. I called the 800 customer service line and the agent tried to call the pharmacist or one of the pharmacy assistant on two different Numbers while I was on hold and no one answered those calls either. He then called the manager of the Cvs store and the CVS store manager went back to the pharmacy and gave them my information and was told it would take five more hours.

Give me a chance before you go off on me
I went to urgent care, was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and the medical staff called in four meds to be filled at CVS. I used to work in pharmacy myself as a tech, and I realize that filling prescriptions is not the same as dispensing French fries. It is hard, thankless work. I gave it about an hour, and then drove through the pharmacy window just to make sure they received the order and perhaps get an update on how long it might take. The lady working the window was irritated, to say the least. All she said was that there were no prescriptions filled for me at the time. I simply said that I wanted to make sure that the order sent was received. I was nice, I was courteous, I was compassionate. The response I received was basically, "We wouldn't have that filled already. There are other people on this planet besides you, you know." I know that there seems to be a lot of issues happening with CVS, and it is incredibly stressful to have customers rip into you about issues that are not your fault. However, when you have a customer who is being understanding and willing to work with you, it's not right to treat them like garbage. My prescriptions were not filled for several hours after the orders were sent. It's not ideal, and it probably delayed my recovery further, but I never lost my temper. My advice to CVS is to correct the issues plaguing your stores, take the feelings of your staff into consideration, and realize that there are human beings out there with real illnesses that require medication to be filled faster than 6 hours to several days. These are tough times, I get it, but come on!

Waited on the phone for 45 minutes then when I went to pick up my order and it was for 30 days not the 90 I requested.

I would not recommend CVS to anyone I know. This pharmacy has been highly unprofessional and has failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. I've encountered numerous issues with this location, including a situation where they caused problems with my insurance, effectively locking me into using their services. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review, the pharmacist quickly called me at home to address it. Today, they made yet another mistake, and once again failed to take responsibility. The pharmacist, Alonso, was unable to resolve the error and instead argued with me, even suggesting that I might run short on my medication. He then passed the phone to the pharmacy manager, who couldn't make sense of the situation and attempted to blame me, falsely accusing me of picking up my medications at another location, which was impossible due to the situation they had created. I overheard conflicting stories from the entire staff, only to have the blame unfairly placed on me. The pharmacy manager instructed me to contact my insurance to inquire about the last filled prescription, something that should have been handled by them since they caused the mess in the first place. It's quite audacious for them to call me back about my experience. They need to address their issues and provide better training for their staff. I wouldn't visit this location even if my life depended on it, as the incompetence and lack of accountability here could potentially have serious consequences.

CVS on 2nd loop and cashua is the worst! They have changed their hours, no one answers the phone, and the drive thru is always closed. I will move my prescriptions to Walgreens today and pray they are better than CVS…..they honestly can’t be worst than CVS.

Customers no longer have the option to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy. The only option is to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. Such awful customer service.
