Went to pick up some batteries and purchased two obleas (which have cajeta) while at the cashier. Opened one up once in car and what was thought to be a piece of oblea fall on lap, turned out to be a moving MAGGOT. Yes, a maggot with a piece of oblea already swallowed. Immediately went into store to show the moving maggots inside the package and supervisor had obleas removed from the register display. Told them to toss any ones they had in the back. A soda was provided to wash down the maggots. Highly do not recommend purchasing cajeta obleas from CVS at Sunset/Amar in La Puente.

They do not know what they are doing. They have never got my medication right in the many years I have had to use them. When I have a perception on file, I always have to get my Doctor involved. He has a lot of problems with CVS too, not just me but most of CVS pashances.

If I could, I’d leave a 0. Parents, BEWARE! We received a prescription for my son when he was 3. It was a blood pressure medication for an old man. They are so inept! They are arrogant & do not apologize, as that may mean they made a horrible mistake! Clueless, dangerous people !

Should offer a negative number of stars, one is being kind. Today we get to CVS at 1:20pm, they have a sign that they go to lunch at 1:30pm which is fine. But they all left early! At least they could have put a sign in the window saying "out to lunch". This place has the WORST customer service.

CVS used to be good. Now they can’t even get my Diabetes test strips to me on time, or anywhere close to on time. I have gradually moved all my prescriptions to other providers. Adios CVS forever!!

Do not buy a gift card from the CVS. I bought one for $100 and they will not refund my money because Visa is keeping the card. They said the car belong to somebody else and I have the receipt so do not buy gift cards at CVS they are fake.

I am a physician and over the past 6 months I’ve had serious issues with CVS pharmacies. Specifically in regards to pain medication prescriptions. I typically send scripts 7-14 days prior to surgery, not releasing the medication until the day of surgery, but giving ample time for the pharmacy to review and resolve issues. However, I am repeatedly called the day of surgery by CVS or patients complaining that they don’t have the prescription, they don’t have the prescribed med or dosage, or they don’t have enough of the medication to fill the Rx. And while it is well within the law for them to find and transfer the script to another pharmacy, they refuse to do so. I’m am tired of taking the heat and blame for issues that belong to CVS. I won’t be sending them my pain prescriptions any longer.

What in the world is going on with the call system? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops and listen to all your "really cool" things you offer that i am NOT calling about. And your information i get on my prescription progress is incorrect 99 percent of the time. The amount of times I have called or got a text telling me my stuff is done.. drive all the way up there and the employees tell me it's not going to be done for 15 minutes which usually is another hour of my time sitting around in the parking lot waiting. I don't get. I take a medication for my eye i am required to be on daily or it can break out and I can lose my vision. This is the 3rd time I've waited over a week for my prescription. If your phone system is garbage, it shouldn't be able to handle peoples medication. Talking to a real human over the phone for this place is so hard and I don't understand why. You have to be losing business by screwing people over repeatedly. Stupid us for staying I guess. I will be moving to a different pharmacy. Fix your stuff.
