Review would be,,4 * but Mr wee (Pharmacist) Not very personable actually on the verge of being rude. I also have heard this from multiple people. At first I thought it might just be me.Same people say most of staff are quite nice

Went in for the COVID-19 vaccine. They advertise online and at the store front that the COVID-19 vaccine is as a walk-in or by appointment. By walk-in they mean you can walk up to their kiosk and make an appointment. Clearly these people have no idea what the term "walk-in" means?!

I go in to CVS quite often, as I purchase a specific antacid pill and hair dye there, among some other health and beauty items. I must say I rarely complain about companies but I am going to make a complaint today, the length of their receipts is ridiculous, they give me coupons for stuff that I just purchased! And give me only one week to redeem the coupon to buy more. Well I don't know about you but I can't turn around in less than a week and go back and buy the same item cuz I'm not wealthy enough! I don't have that in my budget! Why don't they give a longer expiration date on the coupons I purchase enough to last me at least three or four weeks! And this happens all the time, in addition to that nearly every time I go into one of the stores they're out of my specific hair color, I know it's very popular so you would think that they would order extra ones of those in! I'm really disappointed in CVS and this has been a long time coming

CVS regular service was going 5* until I was introduced to Simple Dose which was all but simple. First, they sent me only 3 out of my 6 Rx. For which I have to dig through the bottles and the packs in which simple dose was sent. It is only 30-day supply. Second, I called and asked CVS SD Team to take me out of this program. Now I have run aout of my medicines and my regular store is unable to give me my medicines. When I logged into my account iy tells me I am not enrolled, I called SD Team only to wait for 15-minutes with no one talking to be but the phone machine. Now I cannot get my medicines from either Simple Dose or from the CVS Store. My local CVS store is very good, but this Simple Dose program is a failure for me. I wish Wellcare provides a different Pharmacy.

Why has CVS customer service plummeted downhill? I have been a loyal customer fir years. Their texting has gotten off the hook. In the past two months they have texted me numerous times threatening to put medication’s back on shelves when I’m not even due for refills- and jus twice this past month I have gotten notifications from them that medication’s are ready when they haven’t been- plus they emailed me twice asking me to confirm medications die for refills and when I do I receive an email confirming that- but when I go to pick them up at my local CVS I am told it’s some sort of weird phantom email because I’m not due for any refills. It’s become increasingly frustrating. Yesterday was the cherry on the Sundae. I picked up a refill of a liquid medication that was supposed to be 400 MLs and instead they gave me a bottle of only 40 MLs. They apologized for the mistake- but seriously- a pharmacist should NOT be making a mistake when it comes to dispensing medication. Time to find a new medication provider.

Your ads on TV show a man calling in for over the counter meds then going to pick it up at CVS after his sons soccer game. (in the pharmacy drive thru). Well I tried to do the same and IT DOES NOT WORK ON LINE ….I have a prescription due and wanted to pickup over the counter med also …..NOT ABLE TO DO THIS . Why can the TV commercial man do it but not in real life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

960 Broad St. Prov. RI. After getting my first Covid shot I asked to use the public restroom. Coed. It was filthy. I wish I could have posted the picture I took. The white toilet seat was brown. The store was dirty. The gentleman begging for money just outside the door was a nice touch. This dump of a drug store is an insult to the people of the area. Should pharmacies dispensing vaccines be somewhat clean? You tell me CVS. I’ll bet your drug stores in the suburbs don’t look like this. Is it because the inner city locations mean less?
