If this was a prescription I'd probably be dead by now.
Ordered three items only to have to wait a very long time to recieve them. From the goofup with the app I used to place the order it has been around three weeks now. Also I received a notification my order was supposed to be here yesterday but no, now today supposedly it will be delivered. If this was a prescription I'd probably would be dead by now.

I have nothing but had problems and bad…
I have nothing but had problems and bad customer service from any CVS used. I do use the one on N. Main St., Attleboro mass they answer the phone with attitude. God forbid if you should have a problem with a delivery or anything they are so rude last time I went into the store at the pharmacy, the cashier was extremely ignorant and rude, saying all kinds of rude remarks to me the pharmacist walked over to the cashier and didn’t even correct her to stop being rude to me. How dare they get away with being so rude and not problem-solving anything I’ve had to call headquarters twice report the problem and headquarters had the store resolve the problem right away I shouldn’t have to call headquarters to get any thing resolved with my prescriptions and delivery. There needs to be a head manager overlooking the pharmacy department with making sure they are not rude to the customers.

What a joke
What a joke: after waiting 1 hour in drive through got to window they couldn’t find my meds. Then she said yo drive around and wait in line again because their system crashed. I asked her why couldn’t she use the register right behind her that was clearly working. She came back with med and said one they didn’t have was sent to another cvs so I had to go there. I had enyand transferred my prescription back yo my old pharmacy, this is taking forever too. Of course I had to have them request it from 2 pharmacy because of the transfer. No thanks. The only reason I changed was they were closer but I will drive across town to avoid these people. No one seems to know what they were doing at this store.

Walk-In Frustrations
When scheduling an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine, the website clearly says that Novavax is carried at every location and available without an appointment (you can’t even make an appointment online for Novavax - only Moderna and Pfizer). (“Visit the location of your choice and talk with the Pharmacist in person. Continue scheduling your appointment online for a Pfizer or Moderna vaccine.”)
I walked in today. I was being helped by someone at the check-in. I explained that I was coming in for a Covid vaccine. I was told to make an appointment online. I told them that I couldn’t. The pharmacist interrupted saying that I had to make the appointment online.
I tried to explain that the website wouldn’t let me make an appointment but Novavax vaccines were by walk in. She tells me that walk ins are at the discretion of the pharmacist and they wouldn’t accommodate me. And I needed to make an appointment online. Again, frustrated, I told them that the website wouldn’t allow for them.
Finally, the original person made me an appointment there. He wondered why it wouldn’t let me. I showed him step by step the process to make an appointment and the notification on the website.
Most of my experiences with CVS are incredibly frustrating. Delays in filling in-stock meds. Including meds needed post-surgery (the prescription was put in over a week prior to the surgery). Just miserable. I’m so excited that my new insurance no longer uses CVS as a preferred pharmacy and I can finally go elsewhere.

There's really no point to complaining
There is really no point complaining.
I've been a CarePass Member for 20 years, yet still can't have my prescriptions delivered without speaking to a Bot for 4 minutes, only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. This happens every week, 5-6 days a week.
Every prescription requires a 3 day span of waiting, repeating the conversations of the prior 2 days, waiting for delivery. While waiting 2-15 hours for On Demand Delivery, I receive 2-4 Texts, from CVS, contradicting 3 days of discussion.
The App is so useless it should be banned. I uninstalled it today. I have an emergency ,sporting a highly contagious disease. Waiting 4 days to not have access to deliverable prescriptions, prescribed as *urgent* by 2 MDs, can only mean I thing: I don't matter. I agree. I simply do not matter. USA Healthcare For Seniors: "You Don't Matter, and nobody cares."

CVS is frustrating and difficult to use
Every time I use CVS, it is a frustrating, time consuming and ultimately unsuccessful experience. I am constantly getting prescriptions sent to the wrong store, awaiting approval from insurance when it is something I want to pay for myself. Pharmacists do not answer the phone, lines are very long without enough help, phone trees are circular and don't give the right choices. Do not use CVS if there is another choice.

Terrible customer service
I requested a refill on my prescription on December 29th. Finally got it filled on January 4th but only 40 days of a 90 day prescription. Has of today January 19th they still do not have the rest of the prescription even though they offered my another 20 day so they must have gotten the medication but filled someone else before giving me the rest of my prescription. When I ask for help for there customer service I just get the company response it’s on back order! I check to see if it might be hard to get and find it not on anyone list. Worst customer service, and worst pharmacy. I had already stop them filling my husband medication which by the way on 2023 the insurance paid over 10k due to poor service! I moving to someone else as soon as it’s filled.

My wife is a advanced lupus patient and…
My wife is a advanced lupus patient and she suffers a lot of join pain and muscle pain, The pharmacist refused to fill a lupus patient pain medication, she gave us 3 excuses, the first one was she needed to transfer my wife profile from the previous pharmacy, the second excuse was she needed to talk to her Dr and after the Dr confirmed that everything was legit, that it was OK to fill it, the pharmacist decide she didn't feel comfortable and refused to fill it.
I called cvs corporate office and they didn't care about the patient, they told me that their pharmacist can refused anyone at will, that if she didn't feel like filing it she could refused and there's nothing anyone can do.
I will never use this place again and In My Opinion if you want a reliable don't pharmacy don't use CVS they don't care about the truth, if the CVS pharmacist can have the power to choose to let the customers suffer they shouldn't have any customers to torture.
There should be a valid reason to refuse to fill a patients medication and cvs is allowing their pharmacist to discriminate and use personal reasons not to fill, when I spoke the corporate they said that if she doesn't feel comfortable she has the right to refuse and I asked why she didn't tell us that she didn't feel comfortable at first and instead she said she needed to transfer her profile from the previous pharmacy, when publix transferred the profile, she got another excuse, she said she needed to talk to the Dr, after the Dr confirmed that it was fine to fill it then she said she wouldn't fill it because she didn't feel comfortable, the truth is she didn't want to because when I told her that I get prescribed the same medicine and I fill it in that pharmacy she looked at me like is my choice not yours.
The point is that cvs corporate office is not supporting their customers, they completely disregarded me, they don't care about your suffering.
Cvs is bad business for patients period.
