I have been verbally attacked twice now by a pharmacist/cashier for the mistake they made on my order. Cvs insists they have alerted the senior lead, well thats great a week leader same pharmacist came to the register and purposely tried to start a disagreement with me. I personally don't believe this person is safe to work with the public but ...here we are/

CVS sold me a defective prescription inhaler. I contacted the cvs pharmacy and they told me to contact the Mfg company. They are not open on the weekend. I contacted them Monday AM and they called the pharmacy directly and the pharmacist would not give me a replacement. She said she would not take one from there inventory. I have to wait until they ship a replacement to the pharmacy. It’s been over 5 days and still no resolution. I’m done with cvs. Moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Beware of cvs!

This company discriminates by design against LGBTQ+ people. I have been blocked by their system from accessing medicine that’s not, I repeat not a controlled substance. That being Prep. They apparently want us to contract HIV. But I also sleep with a number of straight people. They playing with fire. But these people should be shut down. They’re criminals. In open defiance of the law. If you’re prescribed medication they should fill it. But it’s all automated now. So there’s no talking to a pharmacist. So disrespectful to us all. CVS is a goner. We need better. Americans deserve better.

I understand there's a trulicity shortage, but CVS has had over a month's notice to refill and they STILL don't have it nor do they know WHEN they're going to have it. I'm diabetic and metformin doesn't help my A1C much at all, this is insane that I can't get my medication relatively on time with so much notice for them to refill it.

Just dealt with new prompts when I called my local CVS in Martin, TN. I was not given an option to talk to the pharmacy. Just a lot of crap about using the app and giving them more info. I had already given my birthdate. My doctor had called in a med with a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day supply. The doctor's office sent in the new prescription but when I went online to fill it, I could only refill the 30 day supply one. So I needed to talk to someone to get it corrected. By the time I got someone on the phone (after yelling into the phone several times that I wanted to speak to the pharmacy) I was not in a good mood. I did not see anywhere on their website about contacting customer service. I guess they don't want to hear from anyone so they can improve.

They are so frustrating. I’m stuck with them for the next year due to the BCBS contract with them. BCBS sucks as an insurance company. After we signed up they terminated their contract with Walgreens. I recommend to everyone not to sign up with BCBS, please choose another plan that allows choice. Walgreens is so much better

They need to revamp their website. 4 out of 5 times that I sign-in I get an error which either freezes the site or I end up in a never ending loop of having to sign-in again and again. I often just give up. It is a very frustrating experience.

Tried to purchase a Birthday card today. The ONLY checkout option was two self checkout machines. No clerks for checkout, but three standing around trying to expedite lines of confused senior citizens through the two machines. Never Again! Today was my last trip ever to a CVS!
