call customers to ask why i cant use a military id card for retired persons there customer service took 7 min just offer to send me to there pharmacy group she then put me in the basic system i have been on hold now for twenty five min and still holding GO TO WALGREENS FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE after thirty min they diconnected the phone because they are closed with no resolution to my question ALL MILITARY IN CALIF,SHOUD GO SOME WHERE ELSE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS

March 31st I went to CVS in Kearney Missouri. I was trying to ask for help for my OTC Aetna purchase. It was my first time, other than the day before at another CVS, but they were out of most everything. I walked in she immediately was aggravated that I asked for help and was showing her my member id #. She was very rude and short and said she wouldn't accept anything but my card. I said the other CVS has no problem taking it. That's what my understanding was that is all you needed. She did not care and said I'm not doing that and turned and walked away. She new it was the last day to use it and that it was my first time.. I lost $110 because of her not caring and being rude. I will never go there again. You have ALOT of complaints about that store. I hope you will address this. I had no issues at the other store. I've been using your pharmacy for years and never had any of the other stores treat me so rude and unprofessional. She is a problem employee. Lots of other complaints. Reviews are terrible for this store. Unacceptable....

Aetna CVS Plan D coverage has the worst customer service. This is about Aetna customer call service. Hung up on 3 times (they pretend the connection is bad). Supervisor cursed under his breath at me. The worst customertt service I’ve ever encountered – not exaggerating!!

I am so frustrated with CVS prescriptions. Their Carepass program that you pay extra for is a rip off. It advertises automatic delivery, but every month or three months I go through frustration and aggravation. It’s always refilled as pick up and then when I call there is a loop of questions on the phone that don’t pertain to the problem. The automation refers you to the website which does not address the problem. I do not recommend the CPP program if you want to hold on to paying for nothing! I guess yet again, I have to go into the CVS to pick up my prescriptions which I have to wait endlessly for regardless of my illness. So much for paying extra for nothing.

Another rip off from CVS of a senior citizen regarding $10 and their ambiguous, ever changing policies of online coupons and Extra Bucks. Had a chance to make good but they refused. Can’t wait to see their responses from the PA. Attorney General’s Office.

CVS automated phone system SUCKS there should be a direct line to speak with a pharmacist directly.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this particular CVS pharmacy, which I feel compelled to share. From the outset, it seemed as though there was a marked lack of enthusiasm or willingness to assist their customers. When I first reached out over the phone to inquire about filling my prescription, the response was perplexing and dismissive, almost as if they doubted the existence of my script. Despite this, I proactively contacted my primary care provider to resubmit the prescription, only to be met with further frustration upon my arrival at the store. I was abruptly informed that they were not taking on new patients, had no intention of coordinating with primary care providers, and were unable to suggest an alternative location for my needs. This series of interactions left me feeling undervalued and frustrated, particularly because there seemed to be no effort made to offer assistance or guidance. The overall lack of compassion and customer service was disheartening. For those who value their time and seek a supportive pharmacy experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
