4090 Tamiami Trail Venice FL Female Pharmacy Manager on duty at 5 pm on April 15th, 2024 endangered the health of a post-surgical patient by: 1. Holding an argument with household member (victim 1) designated to pick up RX. 2. Illegally and improperly demanding victim 1 leave CVS (pharmacy has no control over the CVS main store) due to a disagreement between pharmacy tech and victim 1. 3. Making an unprofessional, unwarranted, threatening phone call to the unsuspecting and uninvolved, post-surgical patient ((Victim 2, released from surgery in Tampa 3 hours prior) who was recovering in bed at home. "I'm calling 911 on your husband, he has to leave the store, I'm completely cancelling your Rx." Then slammed the phone. Victim 1 became aware of this upon his return home with no medicine. Rx is issued by surgeon and required for post-surgical recovery. Pharmacist was aware that Rx would not be/not easily be reissued after 5pm (time of incident). Pharmacist manager acted unprofessionally, threateningly, and in a premeditated manner to prevented appropriate medication being available for this patient. I have complained to CVS, provided a report to the Sarasota County Sheriffs Department. There is no excuse for contacting the patient in a directive, confrontational, and threatening manner!

Don’t you just love CVS coupons they work randomly. They send me these Airwick BOGO refills they are over priced there so with this coupon is the only time I will consider buying that product but I have never been able to use them they don’t work and i have the exact product it states in the coupon product in my cart i have pictures but CVS loves there customers so much they do not take regular emails that we can attach pictures to show them what’s in my cart compared to the coupon equals do not work but no they want you to fill out your life history when this is a coupon issue why does it matter where I live register number what time ect when that does not pertain to me and my problem. Customer service is a thing of the past I don’t want to call but do me a favor CVS do not send me anymore coupons that do not work I’m sick of it just do away with it you hike the prices up to make up for that 2 or 3 dollars we are supposed to be excited about saving when it’s twice that coupon cheaper at other retailers your just high I can’t but much there it’s a rich people store not for common folk like me

My local CVS is an absolute nightmare. No professionalism at all. As a person of color myself I must say that there are too many people similar to me working there and that has contributed to creating a store that I absolutely hate going into. Between the fun and games and phones and such behind the registers the actual job isn’t even a priority. The attitude? It’s deep ghetto in Midtown Manhattan and it’s disgusting. Please train the folks left at the registers how to handle pickup orders. It’s as if it’s a new concept started yesterday everytime I pick up an order.

I went to pick up my prescription at the CVS Pharmacy at 5501 Brainerd Rd in Chattanooga TN. The pharmacy tech consented on the screen without allowing me to read what I was consenting to. To be clear, in the signature box, the tech was drawing a line and hitting the button to consent, which might as well be forgery. When I called it out, the pharmacist, Kendall, claimed that I was being rude and disrespectful and told me that they wouldn’t be filling my prescriptions. It’s clear that this is common practice at this particular store, considering how fast the tech was moving between screens. The screen that the tech consented to was regarding the marketing disclosure - I’m pretty sure that this goes against US email and SMS marketing regulations to opt in on someone’s behalf. The rude pharmacist was just the icing on the cake.

We purchased a $200 Nordstroms gift card from CVS. The recipient was told the card had no balance. We returned to CVS and were told it had to go to a special CVS group to investigate. The store clerk said they had been having trouble with people scanning cards. We later got a call from a very unfriendly clerk who said CVS would not stand behind the card. We were out of luck. The moral don't expect CVS to stand behind what it sells to you.

My prescp was not renewed, no call back to me and it is one I have to take twice every day which is authorized monthly by my doctor. After checking it with CVS after waiting a week for it, CVS informed me they cannot get it, no supply to them available. Wow what happened to customer service. Especially when I require this everyday they could not call me.. I checked with another pharmacy in my area and guess what they can get it. Now I am going to change all my prescp to this pharmacy and to hell with CVS.

My insurance says I must use CVS pharmacy but this is the fifth refill of my Rx in a row when they cannot get it in stock by the time I run out. They don't answer the phone so I have to go in multiple times to ask what's going on. The app they push you towards doesn't fix this. I really hate them.
