There are not enough employees for certain locations and it never changes. You can hear the automated system inside saying there are 4 pharmacy calls on hold while you yourself are waiting and waiting. My biggest complaint is when you call the automated line. It’s the worst set up ever! You will hear recorded mumbo jumbo before you ever get a prompt. Dealing with automated lines daily at work leaves me with a rating here of 2.

Phone menu mostly about covid..as if only reason someone would call. Used to be much better. Listened to a lot of blah blah to get to option I wanted.

This review is for cvs website. It constantly freezes up. I put in my store preference then the next time I log in it has changed to a store in another state. I select my messaging alerts to receive alerts when my prescriptions are ready and that keeps changing also, so I never get my alerts. I have to keep logging in to see if prescriptions are filled. Basically a useless site, does not help me at all.

It gets really frustrating when you get a notification that your prescription is ready and you get there and pick it up and no sooner than you get home or the following day, you get a notification that another is ready, even after you ask about it while at the store, Gas prices aren’t cheap these days and 5 trips a week to the pharmacy is a little ridiculous, Can we get a handle on a little bit more consistency to having prescriptions filled to be picked up together?

Went in to pick up a RX the Doctor wanted my husband to start right away, was told by the pharmacy they are hours behind, since corporate cut the pharmacy hours! So you are cutting the pharmacy help and expect your clients to come back in hours! 😡

So in September I had the shingles and my doctor prescribed hydrocortisone. I was overly disappointed when I learned that I paid $58 for a $5 over the counter item. In the past a pharmacist would want to protect the patient at all possible costs. In the past the pharmacist when filling a prescription that could be obtained over the counter for less would tell the patient before the prescription is filled or purchased. What happened to that pharmacist? I am a senior citizen who feels that I was purposely gouged. I could not really afford this $58 and it took away from other necessities like food and gas. But I didn't know, and the pharmacists didn't care to be a pro pharmacist. Thanks. CVS for your non caring attitude.

CVS 1525 NORTH LOOP WEST #10301 HOUSTON TX I left Walgreens after many years to become a normal patron of this CVS in Houston. For many years it was great - fast service in the store and the pharmacy, including the drive-through. NOT ANY MORE. I don't know if they just can't hire decent staff any more or what but I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and finally gave up and went into the store. There were 5 people back in the pharmacy doing who-knows-what. I asked them if they were servicing the drive-through any more and they just stand there and look at you - literally. There was another woman in line who voiced the same opinion. I went to the front of the store to find the manager. There he was manning the cash register - and there was no more help on the floor - just him. Is it that you cannot hire any help, as in they won't apply to work there? Is it, they do not WANT to work here? What is it that has ruined your pharmacy? Everywhere we go it's the same: little to no help. If there IS any help they are either too ignorant to talk to people or they are burnt out or something. We may as well all just go to Amazon. Is that the goal? Just get rid of the public coming to your stores? I don't even know why I bother. If there IS a response it will just be some BOT or something. Phooey

The Pharmacy is too short handed. Two of the employees can be rude, one Patty, a tech, two pharmacist Kay has given me very rude comments, he also parks in prime parking save where the elderly could use. I see his car in space every time he works.
