Terrible company. The usual corporate complaints. Untrained and understaffed workers. Do not buy anything that is to be delivered by Uber eats! You better have an account with CVS or you won’t get refund for your return if it is delivered from Uber maybe you will get a partial one at best. Plus if the card is anywhere near your phone, it can erase the credit. Was not very helpful only because their hands are tied due to policies. I supposedly have some money on the card, but it is not my entire amount. I accounted for the Uber charge too. CVS should account for these deliveries and clearly state the return process. I wont go use my card because I don’t have any more time for screw ups. Done with CVS.

Lady in pharmacy very rude .

Every time you do a return, you have to show your driver's license and you are marked like a criminal. CVS started this first and then Walgreens started this Gestapo tactic. On all of their products, it states returns are 100% guaranteed but that's a lie. Also, if you call the CVS toll-free number to comment on something, you must give them all your personal information before they will speak to you. As for their CVS brand food products, they are lousy overall. Their peanuts, trail mixes, etc. are always stale. Their canned nuts used to be fairly decent but they now have a different CVS brand name and are garbage. Some of the employees aren't very nice and dishonest.

So, so, so wrong. Daughter had a time-critical need for a Covid Rx and it took me hours to find anything out. Had to enter the endless spaghetti-loop of phone tree which accomplishes nothing except saving them money by laying everyone off. If this were a different business it wouldn’t be so bad, but this is a medical emergency. How about a little compassion? These viewpoints are based on my personal experiences.

Refills are not done on date indicated on website. Sometimes not in inventory. When challenged, response is perfunctory and clearly the manager was dismissive. He doesn't care.

The most horrific experience, don’t torture your doctor , they are not connected to the doctors office and deleting all prescriptions and any complaints It’s impossible , and the worst off all they are own Aetna Health insurance, it’s pure corrupt syndicate

Poorly Trained staff in prescription pick up I had a prescription picked up by someone They were not informed that it requires refrigeration so the prescription was spoiled, I have asked CVS to replace the prescription at no charge but CVS has refused to take responsibility and replace the prescription I was promised call from a district leader and did not receive one

Twice we have had prescriptions called in only to be told they weren’t received. Prescriptions only from cvs since all registers are closed self service only , while an employee stands around on his phone
